They never quote me a price on the service and when it was finished they overcharged me expecting me to pay them $650. Straight up robbery. I should of report them to BBB. Be careful always ask how much it is before letting them work on your AC

The Technician that went to my house was courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only was he on time but he was 2 hours early. They sent me a txt asking if they could come over Early on a Sunday and did a great job on our A/C repair. Top notch customer service.

Our AC suddenly stopped cooling our home late Sunday evening. We called Lonestar and received a prompt answer even though it was after the normal service hours. Liza was very helpful and extremely transparent regarding technician scheduling and any costs we could potentially incur. Despite being fully booked for the following day, she was still able to get a technician out to us. The technician identified the problem right away, made sure we were aware of the cost for all services before proceeding, and promptly resolved the issue. These guys have been great so far. I've had them install a minisplit and maintain my main AC units this year, and have been happy with their service. Their techs appear pretty knowledgeable and they don't mind me asking detailed questions about their work. Great company

I first dealt with Mario of Lone Star in arranging for the AC annual maintenance. Marion was very courteous and professional.
Then Robert came over to do the maintenance. Robert explained what was going to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. He is an outstanding professional.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

What seemed to be a good company turned out to be a nightmare. Payed thousands to remove old a/c ducts and put new ones. During job they sent workers that didn’t know how to complete the job. Tossed my speakers around and damaged them. Broke a water pipe and caused water damage. For all that damage they gave me a UV light that broke months later and they said they would replace and didn’t. New a/c ducts were installed with gaps between the sheet rock and attic so dirt and hot air would come in. The fix was to send someone to apply so much plaster to the openings that none of the ac vents open or close. I recommend anyone using this company to not fall for the professionalism of the initial inspection and estimate. Once the actual job was complete it has been a nightmare. Home is now freezing upstairs and hot downstairs. I wish I could close the vents to try and change that. Anyways I will now have to pay double to have another company fix this.

Overall great company! Liza provided great customer service from answering all my questions to setting up an appointment. The technicians were very punctual and right to the point. They trouble shot my ac unit while explaining everything they were doing and answering all of my questions. The job couldn't be done in one day so they did what they were able too and I was scheduled for another day to complete the work. They came back and finished everything in a timely manner. They have earned a lifetime customer with me and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

I Called about an estimate for a new hvac system for my home. They sent out a tech to chk out what i needed. That was a week ago. 7 days later- no estimate, no email, no call back. Nothing. Nada. Nice way to do business 👎

Don't bother with them. My 16 year old could have done a better job. And they wanted over $900 for this.

After several unsuccessful attempts to have another company inspect our HVAC system, I contacted Texas Lone Star, and I’m glad I did. It was refreshing to communicate with a well-organized and professional company. Belinda was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her attention to detail. She arranged for a technician to come to my property on the same day as my call. The technician arrived on time and resolved the issue. I also really appreciated the before-and-after pictures.

I am with military over seas. My wife called and said the ac was not working. We looked online and saw great pictures and reviews. We called for a estimate they came out that same day. Tech was great he spoke to my wife and also talked to my over the phone and answered all my question and concerns. We got a typed estimate within 1 hour to our emails and text message. We chose the best option for us they were installing next day.
It was a easy process and I was always informed of everything even though I'am overseas. I high recommend this company.

Have had several AC contractors over the floor and on the phone, after of course on a sunday morning the AC decides to quit on us. Have to admit another contractor fixed the broken AC a day before. But already looking at it my self and discussing it with my wife we knew the system had to be replaced.
First contractor that came over the floor only mentioned a price without any means to support his story. Because I wanted to discus it with my wife I asked for a quote via email so I could show it to her. Well am still waiting for that email.
Another contractor over the phone, also mentioned a price similar to the first contractor, also still waiting for that email (have to admit they wanted to send someone over)

Monday close before 7pm I called Texas AC. Left a voicemail and with 5 minutes had a call back. Asked for a price over the phone to replace, price was half of the other prices I had heard. Made an appointment for wednesday to see what had to be done. Guys looked professional, had materials to show pricing. Were very clear what we could expect from them. Also made a very nice deal with the payments.

All in all, our experience with Texas Air Conditioning was very pleasant. Installation could already take place a day after they came over.
Installers were spanish and is not one of the languages that I speak fluent. Still with best effort they tried to make things clear in english, They did more than I expected by even cleaning and spray painting the return register. Also when they left the garage I couldn't tell it was a busy workshop for a day, they cleaned it spotless.
Most likely will return to them for additional maintenance.

Manager, Lupita, was extremely rude as well as the owner Rick. They claimed I cancelled an installation appointment and wanted to reschedule me for another day and time. When I offered to show them my call logs from tmobile, they threatened to cancel the installation. I decided to go with another company.
