I came home late from work and my Ac was busted..i really appreciated the fact that Rick was able to make it to my house quickly and was truly a great professional. I'm no time at all he fixed my Ac and was very affordable .. Thank you and my kids thank you for helping us out .. Will definitely reach out to him in the future ..

Rick came out to diagnose the problem on a Sunday morning! Most places don’t even have an answering service on Sundays. Not only that but he called later to check up and then came out again on Sunday afternoon. Already better service than I’ve gotten anywhere and that’s still not all.... my central ac’s compressor was fried so he met me again Sunday evening to loan me a portable ac unit until the new unit got installed. The new ac is now installed and working beautifully. If you need ac service or a new air conditioner go with TAC, they are excellent!

These guys hooked me up with a capacitor on a Saturday afternoon (otherwise impossible to find) so I didn't have to swelter all weekend.

Alfonso came quickly. We only had a couple hours to wait for his service call. He worked quickly and showed me the burned-out and rusted-out pieces he replaced. He was courteous and spoke English well.

We had an A/C guy we used for years and he was always giving us long wait times or not showing up at all. Decided to try TAC based on my neighbor's recommendations and they came out within an hour of me calling. Fixed the problem quickly, friendly and professional service, and reasonable pricing. TAC will now be our regular A/C service repair from now on!

Easy and professional! We called and they came same day and fixed both our units within a couple of hours. We are very impressed and will continue to use in the future.

Used these guys for the first time last week. A repair man was here in 20 mins and fixed my problem (replaced capacitor) in even less time. Great and fast customer service. Highly recommended.

Staff is not knowledgeable, I called about mobile home ducting and was told was in stock, upon arrival they didn't have it , then told I could pick item up in Harlingen, but was given wrong product, then said said they'd get right product next day , but no call back, following week then told could not get correct ducting. Very poor and unprofessional service will not be going back. And recommend people go elsewhere. What a waste of time and money.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST AC COMPANY AROUND. Their staff is honest, friendly and always makes the experience great. I had AC TECHS Robert and Bryan that provided the best service I had ever had. You can count on this company for an excellent service experience.

What a great buissness. Scheduled a installation the same day, and had it done. Julio, and Johnny were on point with answering my questions. Would recommend this company to people who are unsure who to choose as there air conditioning company. Friendly fast service!

Receptionist was rude, changed my schedule without letting me know. I had to call to find out. We have waited 5 days only for them to say they were not able to fix it until October because according to her it was "too hot" I asked to speak with owner and she called me back saying owner said if i was not ok with that to call another company. The reason i was contacting them is because my AC still has insurance for parts since I purchased it with them. Beware of this company since they do not go through with the insurance.

After I called the company from whom I had bought my central unit and a week passed and they never took 2 minutes to attend my request, I visited the TAC place, set up an in person appointment, they kept the appointment, showed up 24 hrs later and did not leave until they fixed the problem. If I need duct cleaning or ac cleaning I will call on these guys. Needless to say, I will recommend them to my friends, neighbors and whoever needs ac services.

I called TAC when i noticed that my ac was not cooling. The techs came out and told me that i needed have the indoor motor replaced and i asked them to do a coil wash. I was very satisfied with their service. Will be asking them to keep coming back. Will recommend to family and friends

Called in the morning to set up my appointment. Requested for the tech to come by my residence after 4pm. The techs, Victor and Juan, showed up at the requested time and were very thorough in explaining what was malfunctioning in my AC unit.

I requested a coil cleaning while they were at my residence and they did not hesitate in accommodating me. The whole visit took about 1 hour. I'll give the equipment some time to truly evaluate the service, but as far as their customer service: Top Notch.

Dealt with this company 2 years ago for complete hvac unit installation and very happy with the experience, price & service. However, just recently scheduled a PM service with them. Three technicians showed up for the job. Two mostly stood around while the "leader" focused on "selling" more service, a call to the office for assistance didn't help as conversation was interrupted by lound background noise (talking, child crying, yelling). Won't be using this company in the future.

Simply the best. Prompt response and reliable service. Would highly recommend.

Updated review, Aug. 18, 2015: I have now even more good things to say about this company and it's employees. My old unit quit on me. Rick, Victor, Ysela and the rest of their staff are GREAT. Very knowledgeable and professional. They explain everything in detail, make recommendations and then let you decide your best option.
