On time did what they were supposed to do honored the price quoted and even followed up on a minor technicality and took care of it would highly recommend! Be careful when getting estimates because some companies will not tell you all pricing and information on freon! This company did what they said the honored their price no bait and switch situation like has happened in the past with other companies! If you need air conditioning work these are the guys to go to..

My AC stopped working, entered a quote online, got a call within 10 min saying they could send someone! So relieved that Julio was able to find the problem within minutes and fixed it in no time! He even educated us on the work he did! Very satisfied with the service and price! Definitely recommend them! 😊

Prices were great but communication within the ladies that answer the phone and their techs aren’t great . They had me for an Appointment at 9:30am and they had to pay another company that ended up showing at 4:00 pm . Over all experience was terrible. Owner I felt maybe was having a bad day and thats why he was rude to me . When I would request to talk to him they would tell me he wasn’t their but once I mention his personal phone number next thing I know he was on the other line . He was highly recommended from a family member but I will no longer recommend him .

Excellent, fast, very professional service. Danny, the technician, was able to come sooner than scheduled appointment, which was great. My a/c is in the attic and sometimes this cause a problem, but it was not an issue for him. Really appreciate it, and will call again for next maintenance.

This company is very reliable. I was able to get an appointment that very day when we had air conditioning issues. We decided to purchase a new unit rather than repairing the old unit and we were very pleased with the price. They installed it the next day. The installers even skipped their lunch break to finish the job. They said they didn't want us to suffer in the heat any longer than necessary. A few months later we used them again during a maintenance special they offered for $39.99. I just wanted a checkup before the summer season was upon us. Robert was my repairman and he was so helpful and friendly. He showed me a trick to changing the filter. He arrived exactly on time and did a checkup and found that everything was working as expected with no repairs needed. I will definitely continue to use the services offered by this business. They are honest, affordable, and reliable. You can't ask for more than that!

Sadly I had issues with my a/c. Happily I was able to have this company come to the house. They showed up so much faster than ever expected. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took control of the problems immediately. They were excellent and went above and beyond with the services. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Called to get service/estimate with my AC issue and the lady answering the phone made it seem that since “it’s old”( 10 years old) they can’t do maintenance or order parts.
So suggesting to just “replace it” without even coming out to the property.
What a great diagnosis over the phone, don’t waste your time calling them.

Honest, fast, and professional—Rick and his team are the ones to call when your AC needs fixing.

Customer service is excellent. The technicians fixed the issue and were very nice. They even called a week later to check and make sure it we had no other issues.

It was a Sunday, I had just gotten home from being out of town, and I walked into my house to find it was 87° inside in the middle of July. I had my wife and baby with me, and as any parent knows, that kind of heat isn’t just uncomfortable—it can be dangerous, especially for a little one.

I called, not expecting anyone to answer since it was the weekend, but a very kind lady picked up the phone. She told me the shop was closed, but said, “Let me call my husband and have him open it up for you.” And just like that, they went out of their way to personally open the shop and sell me a capacitor—something they absolutely didn’t have to do.

They didn’t owe me anything, but still chose to help me and my family when we needed it most. That kind of kindness and service is rare, and I’ll never forget it. Texas Air Conditioning has definitely earned my respect—and my business for life.
