Prompt and excellent service! Gary and Jake did outstanding work in replacing our broken meter. For any future needs we will for sure call University Electric.

They came for a f/u problem. Two outdoor lights did not work. I thought the lawn people had cut a wire. They found out that ants had damaged the wire, fixed it very quickly, and everything worked. It was really easy to schedule an appointment. I would not use any other electric company!

Great Service and Extremely Knowledgeable. BIG SHOUT OUT TO UNIVERSITY ELECTRIC! They have been working on my house for last few days on various electrical projects. New Closet lights, new updated smoke detectors, new Ring /Doorbell for my Front Door and THE BEST — New Landscaping Lights. I highly recommend them.

We had a part of our bedroom lose power, no plugs worked nor did the ceiling fan. They checked everything out and it turned out to be a bad plug. They fixed it and explained what was wrong with it as well. They were super professional and quick. They did an amazing job!

I manage an apartment complex here in Bryan, and University Electric came out and replaced 11 of our security lights with new LED fixtures, I was very impressed with the customer service from Kaitlynn and Pedro, they were the nicest people! My residents came in the very next day after they installed the fixtures to say how much they love the lights. one resident even stated “It’s lit up like a Christmas tree”. Thank you University Electric, I will most definitely use your services going forward!

Jacob and Jack were terrific. They were efficient and knowledgeable in their work. They both have great personalities. For any further electrical work I will call University Electrical and request they come and do the work. They left the area very clean.

We had a switched plug that was installed as an outside future outlet when our house was built in 2017. This switched plug was never used, so we didn’t know that it didn’t work until recently. Kenny tested the circuit and found a damaged wire. He was able to repair the issue and confirm that the circuit was in good order. Kenny was very professional, efficient and did a great job cleaning his work area when he finished. We are repeat customers of University Electric and they will continue to be our first call when we need an electrician.

Best Electrician’s in town. Not only were the technicians sent out (Gary and Jake) extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they also put so much care in their work that it was as if they were working on their own home! So, thankful that my neighbor recommended University Electric.

I had a visit from the city, and was told that I needed to make an electric repair, so I called University Electric, and spoke with Pedro who was very informative and was very prompt to come out and make me quote, since I was on such a tight deadline. Gary and Jack came out to rewire our maintenance shop and they did a phenomenal job. The wiring was very neat and organized, and labeled too! I am very happy with the services University Electric provided. I highly recommend them for all of your electric needs.

We got an outlet placed above the fireplace so that we didn't have to trail tv cords down the side. University electric came out quickly to do the quote and when we were ready to schedule the work, they were very flexible with availability. The work was done in no time and it was a great experience! We will definitely be using them again for future projects

This is one of the best electrical companies I have ever used. I needed a generator after Beryl and they were quick and affordable. I had to also get a new panel box and they did that job at the same time for a great price. Everyone that works there is excellent. Cyndi and Justin on the phone and Kenny the electrician on the ground. I had a slight issue with a breaker and they came out quickly to diagnose and fix it. Super grateful for them and look forward to using them more in the future for other projects. Thank you guys!

Edited to add: They appear to have gone incommunicado. Our last three emails, texts, and phone calls have been ignored.

What lovely people, but noticeably unsatisfactory service. I bought a generator from them last year. In five power outages this year, the generator has failed five times, and their service is "we'll get there when we can"; "it's raining"; "I don't make the generator". This after the first failure when two electricians responded with not a volt-ohmmeter between them, after telling me "We'll know about problems before you do because we monitor it", and after me having to clean up plastic, wire ends, and packaging from around their work area every time.

So disappointed; as I say, they're lovely people, but not satisfactory electricians or warrantors.

Bailey was an amazing technician. I have never met someone with better customer service with such a genuine desire to solve the issue. He was here less than an hour and had us diagnosed and fixed. Beyond amazing. Do yourself a favor and request him.
