Jacob was on time for our appointment. We walked around d to see if there were any problem trees. Jacob proceeded to feed the trees. When Jacob was done, we discussed a couple of issues to clean up or watch. Jacob was very knowledgeable and everything was clean when he left. Thank you!

Had several trees shaped up from storm damage and some preventative pruning completed by the crew at Top Point Tree. They are a very professional group…arrived on time, performed all the discussed and quoted work, and left my yard free of debris! I am very happy with the work that was executed and look forward to a ongoing relationship with them to keep my beloved trees looking their best. Colby Lee is very knowledgeable and a good communicator about the course of action he recommends to remedy a tree’s ailments…but also offers and is open to other options based on budget. After some near misses, I was able to make contact with TOP POINT TREE. I have used them at least twice before. Once after the big freeze that broke several large limbs. Also to remove tall dead trees.I needed a broken maple stump removed and limbs trimmed from two oak trees that were too close and it was causing one tree to grow outward instead of upward. My wife and I are retired and must make accommodations to be able to afford major purchases. To spread the cost over two pay periods, it was agreed to first grind the stump down and pay in full. Next month was scheduled to trim the limbs in the two large trees. The worker showed up at 8 am as agreed, but since the stump was about two foot tall, he went back to the shop for a chain saw. He started at 8:20 and was done with the whole project by 8:35. He ground the stump down to about 5” deep and chased some of the roots that were at ground level. He loaded the grinder and came back with a rake and raked all the chips and other debris into the hole left by the grinder. He packed it down as best he could. I was fine with the cleanup and work. He thanked me for calling Top Point and for awarding them the job. The final cost was under the estimate because of a 10% discount. That was a surprise and very much appreciated.

These guys are the best! They took down a huge oak tree next to the house and fence. They brought it down no problem. This was the second tree Top Point took down for me. Thomas and his crew were professional, on time, removed the tree and cleaned up debris. Would definitely use their services again.

Arborist came out in a timely fashion and gave a prompt estimate. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Hired to work on my trees and they scheduled work the next week.
On the day of service, the men worked every minute. No standing around. I was impressed by the safety precautions like helmets and ear protection. By the way, the company sent every man and all their equipment to help flood victims in Leander earlier this week. Highly recommend.

Colby and his team did a great job pruning two live oaks and performing root cap excavations on them. They also cut up and removed a large water oak that had fallen. They were professional and provided a step by step description of the jobs to be performed. I would definitely use them again!
