These guys are the best! Prompt, through, knowledgeable. Colby is a great arborist and makes useful suggestions regarding your trees. No over selling, just realistic suggestions (things that could wait or should be done soon).
The crew is great to watch work! They love what they do and it shows. They work with you on disposal and clean up really well after the work is completed.

Colby demonstrated good knowledge about evaluating damage that was done to our live oak tree. I look forward to reading a summary report that he will be submitting to a 3rd party contractor who is responsible for the damage . I will update my review once the report is received and I can say that the report is an unbiased view on which I can support to the extent that the report identifies the amount of risk of loosing the tree due to pathogens which may have infiltrated the tree after it sustained damage.. if the damage results in major pruning of the affected limbs then the tree will have a less desirable appearance thus adversely impacting the tree value to our property.

I needed some extremely large limbs removed from a declining water oak near my house. Ennio and Victor were rock stars! They were courteous and professional. Ennio was very knowledgeable, and explained the options to me to do what was best for the tree and for me. They were respectful of my property - and even cleaned up after themselves! I'll definitely be calling on them again!

I love this company! They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and efficient. From the time I first placed a call to the finish, everything was done seamlessly. The quote was sent to me the same day we went over what needed to be done, and once I accepted the proposal I was contacted within a day and tree trimming was scheduled 2-3 days later. Communication was great, both when we met the first time and the day the work was done. The crew arrived about 15 minutes early, went over everything they were planning to do before starting the work, and they stacked and cleaned everything up before leaving. I had four trees that needed trimming and one that needed to be cut down. The crew worked hard and everything was done in about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. What a great experience! I highly recommend Top Point Tree Service for all of your tree needs.

The crew showed up on time and had the job done in less than an hour, that includes clean up. My job was not a big one but there was one oak that needed some trimming. Very pleased with their work.

I have 2 huge water oaks around my house and they were hanging branches over the roof and developing dead lower limbs. Afraid they were dying, I called top point, who climbed up and evaluated, telling me even though they were old for water oaks, they were both healthy and could be trimmed to grow more up than out. After trimming they are injected fungicides to keep the them healthy for the foreseeable future.

Thomas, Casey, and David did a great job on some trees for us - we had some tree removal and trimming done and everything looks great. Whole process from getting an initial quote to actually having the job complete was easy and fast. Will definitely be using you guys for any future tree work!

I called on Top Point to remove a very large, dead Ash tree around which we had built a deck and which was located very close to the house. This most professional crew carefully rigged and roped the tree as they cut it, leaving not one scratch on the house or deck. They were careful not to harm the lawn and cleaned up every scrap of wood and every bit of sawdust when done. Great Job!

We had our 175 year Old Post Oak evaluated by Colby. It was determined trying to do any treatments probably would not have yielded the results we were so hoping for so we consented to having our massive tree cut down. For us, this was very devastating. The price quoted was reasonable and Colby's team did an excellent job. They even fixed our side chainlink fence that had a tree growing throught it, and did not charge extra for doing that. They had to open up that side of the fence to remove the massive logs. It was a huge huge undertaking. All in all, we were very pleased with their service, but so wished our tree could be saved. It was the heart of our backyard.

Top tree office and field staff are the best. Huge water oak too close to the house was crumbing, and they prioritized my scheduling due to the eminent threat. My job was then plagued by a huge beehive and spring storms but the field and office staff communicated with me before and during the job. Work done to my complete satisfaction. Will use them again soon.

Where do I even start! This company is AMAZING. From the initial consultation, I knew that these guys were very educated and cared extremely about their work. We had a huge American Elm tree right next to our house that needed to go. Colby and Thomas were so nice and they taught me so much about the trees on our property and how to properly care for them.

To the crew that worked so hard over the past day and a half y’all are so awesome. Thank y’all so much. Y’all were so kind and fun it the process so much more comforting.

They were so organized and it was honestly fascinating to watch their process. They cleaned up the area after they were done and communicated with us every step of the way.
