Top Point Tree is an easy company to work with. They do great work, show up on time, clean up after, and communicate well. Definitely highly recommend!

Top Point did a great job. We had a conflict with some other construction and they handled it professionally, working around our schedule. We also had a lot of vulnerable equipment near a tree they were heavily trimming - all equipment was untouched and stayed safe. Thank you to the whole team!

Colby is so knowledgeable about trimming trees and explained what needed to be done so clearly. His team was very professional. They did a great job trimming our trees and planting new crepe myrtles, and were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Colby was very informative and helpful in explaining what we needed to do to help our trees. They came out and did the work quickly and effectively. He kept us up to date on when he would be able to get the work done and it happened on time and very professionally. Colby was easy to talk to and explained everything that we needed to help our trees grow. He also removed the debris from the trimming of the trees for us. Colby demonstrated good knowledge about evaluating damage that was done to our live oak tree. I look forward to reading a summary report that he will be submitting to a 3rd party contractor who is responsible for the damage . I will update my review once the report is received and I can say that the report is an unbiased view on which I can support to the extent that the report identifies the amount of risk of loosing the tree due to pathogens which may have infiltrated the tree after it sustained damage.. if the damage results in major pruning of the affected limbs then the tree will have a less desirable appearance thus adversely impacting the tree value to our property.

We had our 175 year Old Post Oak evaluated by Colby. It was determined trying to do any treatments probably would not have yielded the results we were so hoping for so we consented to having our massive tree cut down. For us, this was very devastating. The price quoted was reasonable and Colby's team did an excellent job. They even fixed our side chainlink fence that had a tree growing throught it, and did not charge extra for doing that. They had to open up that side of the fence to remove the massive logs. It was a huge huge undertaking. All in all, we were very pleased with their service, but so wished our tree could be saved. It was the heart of our backyard.

I have used Top Point before. Crew came out today to trim. What Colby told me was in odds with what he communicated with the crew. Be sure and get the full description (with pics) with your estimate

Completely unprofessional. Was 3 hours late for the estimate. He then sent me an estimate that was 2k more than another company I got and he told me he wanted to know if this was the case so I did reply in email letting me know and he asked the company name so I told him it. He then called that company to discuss me. When I called to hire the company they said they wouldn’t serve me and that this company called them. Shows what kind of person he is to violate my privacy and to act this way.

His response claims he called them to compare info there is no excuse to violate someone’s privacy. Had he told me he wanted to know the company name so he could call them to talk badly about me I wouldn’t have given it to him.
