Keith was very responsive and Lido and the rest of the team kept us updated through the whole process. When another contractor gave feedback on what we should do Keith didn't hesitate to intervene and give his professional opinion. I would definitely recommend guttertex to anyone looking to get their gutters done. The work was top notch and done in a timely manner.

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Cadence Home Solutions. I live in an area that has been impacted by hail twice in the past year, the most recent being a few weeks ago. Cadence was the 10th roofing company or so to knock on my door after a recent hail storm. I wanted to tell the rep to kick rocks, but before I had the chance he asked me a pinpointed question that caught my attention. We ended up chatting for a good 20 minutes. Rey explained the situation and answered every question that I had, and believe me I had many. He guided me through my first insurance claim and was there from start to finish. Out of all the companies that I had spoken to, he was the most knowledgeable and the only one who didn’t try to get me to sign a document right there on the spot. We just finished a new build with Baird and couldn't be happier with the company and with our new pool. We started the design and contract process in May thinking this would be a many-months project, but they broke ground on the excavation on July 22, and by the end of August we had a beautiful new pool. Throughout the build the contractors were friendly and worked efficiently. They even swept the dirt from the truck tires off of the street. Our immediate neighbors have commented multiple times that the workers were great and that they are impressed by how quickly they worked. We have neighbors stopping by every day asking to see the pool and marveling at how good it looks and how fast it went in. And Baird themselves have been accessible and communicative at every turn. Cris, the owner, has been out here at every stage looking over the work to make sure it's right, and when we've had minor issues, he's come over immediately to assess and get us a solution. We chose Baird because we wanted a local, family-owned company that cared about its customers, and we got even more than we hoped. If we ever have another house in the area and need to put in a pool, we wouldn't even consider going with anyone else. We're Baird customers for life.

Cris Baird did a fantastic job renovating my pool years ago. These days, Matt Riojas and Tye of Baird Pools are doing a wonderful job with weekly pool service. When I needed a pump repaired, Cameron got it done in a day. Baird Pools is a professional and responsive company that does a quality job.

We want to call out the excellent work of Mason Jones with Baird Pools. Mason arrived on a holiday, in sub-freezing temperatures, within hours of our phone call. Our pump is now fixed allowing the system survive yet another freeze. We appreciate the prompt response and excellent service provided by Mason and the Baird Pools team.

I had a valve and some pipes crack during the last freeze and I had been troubleshooting with no luck an issue with a lot of air getting into the system on our pool. I went ahead and requested Baird Pools to come and repair and troubleshoot. Mason showed up shortly after letting me know he was on the way. Showed him all my issues and immediately he shared his thoughts very clear and professionally on what he was going do to troubleshoot and fix. I left him to it and in about 30 minutes he had replaced the busted valve and pipes. Then in another 30 minutes he called me back out and explained what he had done to repair my air in system issues. Mason was awesome. Very professional, explained everything very clearly, easy to talk to, and obviously very knowledgeable and efficient. If you need any pool repair work call Baird and request Mason!
