We've used Baird Pools for service and repairs for many years now. They've been prompt, knowledgable, kind, and thorough on every visit. They're also fantastic communicators and have never left us hanging.

Last month's freeze took our nearly new pump offline. We originally thought it was the pump itself but the Baird team came out and determined it was actually the electrical line.

Sure enough, a master electrician finally determined that that the line was poorly/dangerously DIY-installed by the previous homeowner and was regularly flooding/tripping the breaker. Eventually a new line was run and we could finally be sure that electricity was safely getting to the pump.

So it was time to get Baird team back out to help get the pool cleaned and back in good shape after the pump being out of commission for nearly a month. However, at the first cleaning, the tech determined that the pump had lost prime. Nothing he tried worked so he helped me set up a repair visit.

As part of the original cleaning service, Alex came out to do the followup but when he realized the pump was still offline, he arranged with the office to delay the 2nd cleaning visit until the pump could be re-primed and was up and running again. Really appreciate Alex's thoughtfulness and willingness to help get things lined up and rescheduled.

Spoke with Alex on the phone today and he was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I will definitely be calling in the future for my pool needs.

Cris and his team are top notch! We've partnered with Cris to resurface our pool and give it an amazing new look. They made the whole process run smooth and simple. The whole team is super responsive and helpful as we worked through getting our pool summer ready. We also use Baird Pools for our weekly maintenance and Conner has done amazing work. We recently hired this company to maintain the pool at our Airbnb and the customer service is outstanding! Alan has done a great job keeping us updated about the pool status and keeping it pristine for guests. When our pool pump randomly went out after the freeze, the Baird team was able to get the parts and do the install more quickly than our previous pool company. We’re so happy we switched. Our pool pump broke during the recent snow apocalypse. We called Baird Pools and they quickly responded, fixed the pump and were very courteous! They got our pool up and running quickly!

Recently had a new pool installed. Panel wasn't communicating properly. Parker w/ Baird and initially Alex also came out to diagnose after another company called an equipment warranty claim. Parker & Alex were quick to diagnose issue, they got the part under a week Parker came back to install. Answered all my noob questions, politely, and he knows his stuff. Amazing company! I had Parker come for some needed pool service and he was fantastic! As a new pool owner the expense of the chemicals required to keep it clean and beautiful can be costly. Not to mention the time need for maintenance. Baird Pools is the best pool company in Texas. Our pool technician Parker had our fountain running great, fixed our little cleaning robot, repaired our filter and got the pool sparkling new.

We also chose Baird Pools because of their excellent reviews here and on Nextdoor; we were not disappointed. The first thing that impressed us was their responsiveness as this had been a problem with the company we'd previously used for pool service. We had a variety of issues--some large, some small--and Parker came out and assessed them all and gave us a concise report on what needed to be fixed and how. He explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. It was also clear to us that he didn't exaggerate small problems just to run up a bill.

Parker came back the next week to replace a failed pump and continued to impress us with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. We've been very pleased with all of his work.

Plus our dog absolutely adores Parker! You should pay attention to her because she's a very good judge of character.

I visited a friend recently to catch up and enjoy her amazing pool. I had the opportunity to speak to Josh.about Baird Pools and I was very impressed. At the time, I wasn't even considering adding a pool to my home, but Josh definitely gave me some things to think about. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions I had about the process and what your company could do for my family.

Parker came out, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right away. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve been using Baird for weekly pool maintenance services for about 3 years now. Occasionally, I’ve had some issues arise when my pool was assigned to a few employees who have wanted to do the bare minimum, and not even that sometimes. The office is responsive and they promptly take care of any problems. The techs with “issues” don’t seem to last long, so it appears they keep a close watch on performance, which I appreciate.

However, I’ve also had a few amazing pool techs, I wish I remembered all their names. I appreciate having my pool under the care of one tech instead of a variety, as they get to know your pool and the things you care about when it comes to your pool. Baird does seem to take that into consideration as often as possible. My pool has been under the care of Nate Howard for the last several months. I’m so impressed with his consistent positive attitude, work ethic, and knowledge of pool mechanics and chemistry. I hope you and your boss see this because you absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you Nate for working so hard to make my pool shine! ✨

We heard about this company from our regular pool guy. Our pool needed a facelift. The owner came out and evaluated the project and sent us a quote right then and there. We put it off for a month or so as we did not have the funds. When we reached out to him, he honored the same price. We drove to the local office to select plaster, tile and coping. We also added a new light that changes colors. Due to cold weather, our project took a very long time; most milestones must be done in non-freezing conditions. During the hiatus, I had surgery, and the owner was nice to put the project on hold for another week while I recovered (this can impact their business). The pool turned out beautiful, and I would recommend this company for a new pool or a remodel. I have added a before and after photo, but it does not do justice to how beautiful it turned out.

Things to note:
*Time of the year can affect how long the project takes due to cold
weather, but it is a less busy time for pool vendors.
*I recommend upgrading the plaster to the shinier one. It's a $1400
upgrade but so worth it!
*Add the ten-day chemical check to your quote. The pool's chemicals
need to be checked and pool brushed for ten days, and your regular pool
person may not be available. I believe this was $1000
*After the two-week chemical check, it is recommended your filter is
cleaned; you can ask the company to add it to the quote or schedule it
with your pool person.
*Text the owner as he's busy running around if you need an immediate
response; email will take longer.

Fisher came out to our house this morning, and he was AWESOME. We've been battling programming issues on our pool since it was installed. He was the first technician to spend the time to not only fix the problem, but educate us on what was wrong, and how to deal with it in the future. Super knowledgable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable with all the work. Can't say enough good things about Fisher and the work that Baird Pools does!

Parker and Michael came out to replace a bad light in our pool. These guys were great. I appreciate them educating me on potential issues with the electrical set up (junction box set too close to pool water level, no separate GFCI breaker installed for the lights.) In my case, the light itself was bad (cracked/broken housing around cable) so they walked me through the process to replace and fixed quickly. Thanks for lighting the pool back up, guys!
