This was my first time using Hood Boss and they knocked it out of the park. After my first call to request a quote they had a representative at my location the next day. I received my very competitive quote later that afternoon. Setting up a new account with them was seamless & they had me on schedule later that week. The two technicians that came out were total pro's. Not only did they do an exceptional job on my hood, they even cleaned the back splash which wasn't part of the bid. They cleaned everything up and left the kitchen better than it was when they arrived. I received a follow up call the next morning to see if everything went as expected. True above and beyond service from the entire team. I'd recommend them ten times over.
