Fantastic experience using Bee Comfortable; they picked up my call first time and were even able to come out the same day. The service technician Brian was extremely courteous and super knowledgeable, he was able to swap out the burned capacitor and gave me some very valuable maintenance tips that I will use going forward. I also felt they were pretty reasonable cost wise, I would have no qualms recommending and using them again for future needs.

Bee Cave Comfortable, and Brian in particular, did a fantastic job for us. They replaced a broken A/C unit for our upstairs quickly to save me from melting under the heat filling each room without cool air. Brian and his team were amazing to work with. He came out to inspect my AC on a Monday and encouraged me to act quickly on getting it replaced, and by Monday night it was broken and I realized how right he was. He and his team were able to fully replace my indoor and outdoor units by Wednesday so that I didn't have to go without AC for long in the Texas summer. Maintenance service was performed on my heating/AC unit.. service exceeded expectations... Technician, CJ, Showed me the areas of concern that needed attention and kept me informed of progress along the way. He was very friendly and informative . Would recommend them highly for yearly cleaning! (Price was reasonable).

We called Brian at Bee Comfortable when our A/C went out. He came out and looked, explained the issues and solutions and we went with a new unit. Not only is the house comfortable, but the new unit reduced dust and allergens in the air—the reduction in dust is incredible and now the house feels so much cleaner!—and uses less electricity. The Bee Comfortable crew installed the new HVAC unit the next day and were done by lunch time. Highly recommend their service.

On the very first visit (we consulted a few times before we made our decision) to our house he spent a great deal of time helping me understand our options for a new AC unit.
