Had a blocked air conditioner condensation pipe. Their response was fast and efficient. The technician explained what happened and how he fixed it. Would definitely recommend again!

Had another plumber come out and apparently try to fix the issue I was having, still had the same issues after a day. Called Maples Mechanical and they were here within a couple of hours and had everything back to working in about an hour. Techs are very knowledgeable they found the issue and fixed it quick. I would recommend highly.

We were very pleased with Hervert. He was on time, the plumbing job was easier than I expected and our leak was repaired within just over and hour. Christy was very attentive during the scheduling process and made sure she was communicating with me to get someone out for our non emergency at the earliest possible time. I would highly recommend.

The tech (Shane) came as soon as he saw the call. He was able to get our old a/c unit back up and running. We needed a new forced air motor and he found one and got it installed. We are back to enjoying our cool air again. Maples Mechanical provided quick and courteous service for us.

The staff was thorough and very informative of our HVAC failure including pictures with explanation. Great professionalism and friendliness from staff. Much appreciated.

Maples Mechanical is wonderful! Their work is professional and their communication is superb. Shayne is especially good at his work and extremely personable. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would.

I called Maples Mechanical to see if they could install our new dishwasher. Hevert came and looked under our sink and said “ it would be no problem”. Other people who came to give us a quote found it too difficult to install bc of the reverse osmosis small tank. Hevert and his assistant tackled the job and did excellent work! I highly recommend them!

Rude! Husband called for an estimate, price was higher than other businesses called. They didnt seem interested in our our getting our business after husband told him he was getting quotes.

I had my AC go out... it's the middle of July and hits 100-105 in Austin. I'm also 36 weeks pregnant and my partner is overseas in the army, in Japan. So I was pretty SOL with our house hitting 95*.. I put in an emergency work order with our property manager, who didn't respond to me until I called them Monday. But Barrera AC contacted me RIGHT AWAY. He offered to go out after his current call, which would put him at my house around 11pm. I stayed at my sisters that night so he went ahead and came out to the house the next morning- mind you it was a SUNDAY AND WHO OFFERS TO WORK ON A SUNDAY!? BARRERA. SO he came out, diagnosed the problem, was unable to fix it without homeowner approval so he installed a window unit to hold us over. He then took it upon himself to personally follow up with our leasing company until they approved him to fix it. It's now Wednesday (the issue was my homeowners lack of caring enough to just approve the bid....thats what took so long) and he went to find the part in South Austin, they were sold out so he drove ALL THE WAY NORTH and then all the way to our house and fixed it right away. Probably the best customer service I've ever encountered and the most kind tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I don't think I'll ever call anyone else in the Austin area for AC help. So amazing so kind and so so timely. Thank you so so so so much!!! This preggo lady is finally cold and happy!!! We worked with Tyler :)
