Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions. I schedule a tuneup and wanted to get a quote on adding another air duct to our master bedroom due to it being a little hotter than the rest of the house. Ismael and his assistant were very reliable and reasonable. We were informed one of our coils wasn’t working properly and we will be scheduling our repair soon. We were very pleased with their service.

When I moved into my new home, my AC unit went out, and another company (Radiant) took advantage of me by overbilling and trying to scare me into buying a new unit. Ismael was great. We have been having issues with our AC randomly freezing up and he noted that our fresh air intake controller wasnt all the way plugged in and most likely malfunctioning sometimes. He cleaned everything, was informative and punctual. Great company and will use them if I need AC work again.

Bottom line, Ismael and Creative Comfort Solutions will do right by you. My A/C went out, and the original company I hired diagnosed it as a likely coil leak but did not fully diagnose it. I contacted a separate company for a 2nd opinion, and they didn't diagnose it either - only quoted me a price to replace the coil and entire system. I contacted CCS, and Ismael not only properly diagnosed the leak, but also repaired the system for me at a very fair price without any pushiness to upgrade to a new system. Top notch service. 5 stars in every aspect from start to finish.
