Andres Flores ( Mend Plumber ) and Brandon Meets ( Mend Electrician ) repaired my hot water heater issue. They were very professional and friendly and obviously very qualified at their respective jobs.
They arrived on time and diagnosed the situation. Discovering that it was an electrical issue, Andres still stayed on until my heater was up and working again. I appreciated his diligence and Brandon’s expertise in dealing with the issue.
They got the job done in good time and with good attitudes.

Nick came by my office to help repair some lighting ballasts and floor boxes. He was quick and efficient and did super great work. Mend is forever a favorite!

Mark came out to help with a clogged kitchen sink. He was very respectful and kind when helping us out. At first he snaked the drain but it wasn’t long enough so he had to get different equipment that could go further. He assured us that everything will be fine and taken care of. Mark and his colleague was able to clear the clog with the other equipment. Great service and will use again!

Needed a water line moved to finish a window installation. Mend was able to respond within a day. Mark the plumber was professional and personable. Line was moved successfully and I was satisfied with the job. Recommend if you’re in a bind and need a job done fast.

We had a pipe burst on Thanksgiving weekend. I called Mend and they sent Deon out. He arrived in no time at all, and worked several different ways to get our emergency leak resolved. He was polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Very highly recommend.

I got a hot water recirculation pump with a crossover valve installed on my tankless water heater. Before getting this installed, it took 2 minutes to get hot water to my bathroom. Now it takes about 5 seconds. The price charged was fair and the -lumber was very thorough. I’m very happy with the service.

Mark Akers came out to help with some leaks and to check on a toilet install. He arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and efficient in getting everything done. If I ever need to use a plumbing service again, I’ll call Mend and ask for Mark specifically. We need more tradespeople like him.

Mark did a great job of cleaning a shower drain with a history of frequent clogs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave great suggestions on long term preventative measures. I would certainly be pleased with Mark on any future service needs.

Five star service and quality of work by Deon. Elaine in scheduling was also a delight to work with. Definitely recommend. Two thumbs up.

Update: our under sink pipe started leaking again and Deon was promptly at our house the next day with more powerful devices to clear out the clog. It worked and we are 100% happy with the outcome and services received. Thank you!

We had to use alternative lighting to assist us, however it was too dull but still did the job in allowing us to do whatever we could. Called about a leak in the ceiling of my business. Mark came out and looked at it and said that it looked like it might be something for a different type of company to handle, but he was more than happy to give it a look and see if he could fix this issue for us. Mark ended up being able to fix our issue without a problem.

Reached out to Mend on a hope and prayer after our home AC stopped cooling. They were able to schedule a visit quickly and our technician Evan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to identify the leak and saved us some $$ to use on the potential replacement. So far so great and would recommend their services again!!

Big shoutout to Mark at MEND Services !! He killed it! Super straight-up, no BS, and handled everything start to finish. Not only did he install our water softener, but he patched up the drywall AND fixed the outside bricks after installing a pipe so we didn’t even need another contractor. He even double checked all the water inside the house which made us feel 100% taken care of. Honestly, 10/10 recommend !! dude’s a legend!

I called Mend Services to help me with my water heater that I knew needed replacing. They dispatched Mark to come the next day and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to move things around and work late to make sure I had a new water heater the day after he gave me a consultation.

I ended up also signing up for their service agreement and feel great about knowing I have a whole team that I can call when problems arise.

Wife and I had a phenomenal experience! We were in need of a recirculation pump/system in our home because we got tired of wasting hundreds of gallons of water every week just waiting for hot water. Elaine was so polite and accommodating with scheduling, and Mark, Master Plumber, knocked it out of the park with excellent customer service and highest quality of work. The cherry on top of everything else was the price was very reasonable and they used top quality products!

Employees were so very kind! One hard worker I’d love to call out is Chase a very respectful and hard-working young man thank you Anderson’s!

The outdoor unit started making a horrible grinding noise. I’m usually handy but this scared me. PlusCold AC Repairs sent someone the same day. Diagnosis was bad fan motor but they had the exact part on the truck. Replaced it, balanced the blade, system is quieter than when it was new. Price was fair and the tech taught me a couple maintenance tricks. Excellent air conditioning repair service.
