One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning gets a definite five-star, thumbs up from me. Because of the cold front, I sent a text to Blake asking if he could move up the installation of my HVAC system. Thankfully he was there the next morning with his installation men. All were very friendly, helpful and efficient. By noon the new system was working and I was ready for the cold weather. It’s a good feeling to feel confidence in someone you’re doing business with, and I feel that way about One Hour.

Chase came by to fix a clogged pipe in our HVAC unit. He got the job done quickly and effectively, and helped answer some questions I had on the system itself. He was really knowledgeable and friendly as well. I’d recommend him and his team if you’re having issues. Thanks Chase!

Blake came out on a last minute call late in the evening for a thermostat replacement and was at our house within the hour like we were told. He was professional, kind, and efficient with his time while working. Great customer service and pricing. We will be using in the future!

Wonderful five star experience. Was able to get a 3 hour same morning window when I called after heat stopped working. Technician, Pedro, was excellent. Honest, diligent, polite and very professional and knowledgeable. Happy I found this company and will work with them again. It wasn’t anything major and I appreciated they didn’t charge me like it was.

Outstanding service in Kyle! One Hour came out on a Sunday in icy, snowy weather and still arrived earlier than expected. The staff and Blake were professional and the service was excellent. They answered our call and only got automated text messages from others! We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend them.

I was in need of a new air conditioning system as the condenser had died on me. I have a split system and Dave was one of the contractors I asked to come in and give me an estimate. He gave me options of replacing just the condenser or the complete HVAC system. His estimate was very detailed and he was diligent in researching the questions I had including tax credits that are new in 2023. His price was competitive, the service excellent and I look forward to a long and lasting relationship of him servicing our system. I highly recommend Dave and encourage you to call him for all of your air conditioning or heating system needs, you will not be disappointed.

Just moved here to Austin and everyone know home warranty does not cover new AC unit I got a bid from 4 other AC companies including who my home warranty wanted me to use well let’s just say I didn’t go with that company

After getting a few bids David came the next day to check out the unit and also sent an invoice for the new AC with 3 different kinds of unit. He came in $3k less then the others. He even installed within 3 days

David came in on time with his team they were completely finish with 2 hours.

This company I will recommend very professional, reliable, honest and top it all off David is a great guy.
