S and D is responsive and professional. They are transparent in their pricing and easy to communicate with. Jorge was easy to work with, followed up with us despite being home with a sick child and was able to get our new water heater in very quickly- same day! I highly recommend them and will continue to use S and D!

Thank you S &D for our drain pipe repair. Zoe was nice and got us a quick response the next day. Noah and his apprentice arrived earlier than scheduled. The efficient repair was done quickly but we needed an air-jetting service also. Friendly and efficient service is greatly appreciated. We will look for you on future repair work.

Our experience with S&D was so professional from start to finish. From calling to make the appointment to locate a leak on our property, to being notified when the guys were on the way, to how they conducted themselves onsite and communicated their findings and the steps to repair.

We used S and D based on the recommendation of a friend. They were quickly responsive. Although it took a couple of days to come repair our non-emergency pipe leak, Jess, arrived at the appointed time and did a quick and clean repair at a reasonable cost. We will certainly call S and D for any future needs.

Check the website before you call. They have a discount for new customers. Unfortunately I didn’t know it until we’ll after the repairs were made and payment sent.

S and D did a great job of being in communication and provided updates regarding arrival time. Jason and Carson were friendly and took their time to explain what was going on with our kitchen sink. Customer service overall was great and they fixed the problem.

Zen provided wonderful service The joint under my sink was just loose so didn't need any repairs I've been a customer with this company many years . They do good work

Jason and Caden were absolutely amazing. I used S&D for a clog in my kitchen and laundry area. They were thorough and infinitely patient. They went above and beyond to show me the problem was completely fixed before they left. I couldn’t have asked for better service. These guys have my business for life.

Our plumber was Alex Warren who did an outstanding job installing our new water heater and water softner. S&D did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout this process. Water heater went out on Friday morning and by Saturday afternoon we were back in business. Great job by both S&D and our plumber Alex Warren. S&D is now our permanent plumber. I would highly recommend this company!

Available next day for toilet floor leak. Came out and repaired what turned out to be a decent size job on the spot. Friendly, transparent, and quality work. Kyle and Carson were very good, professional and easy to work with. I appreciated the courtesy home water/plumbing inspection without feeling like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything. Expensive but on par with other bids and usual plumbing costs when done professionally. I’d use them again.

Carson and Jason came over to provide a second opinion of some plumbing issues with sewer lines at my property within 24 hours of my initial call. They were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, and their work was extremely thorough. Not only did they confirm the existing issue, they went a step further and identified a second issue that was equally important.

They provided a temporary, short-term solution while we consider the long term solution. Not only would I 100% recommend S&D, when the time comes to fix the problems for the long term, I will be reaching out to S&D for the repair in the future.

Had a plumbing issue that cut all water to the home. I called S&D and they had a technician come out within 3 hours. Travis was extremely friendly and professional in his demeanor, the way he explained the issue and the different options for repair. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, taking extra care in his clean up. Afterwards, he did his home inspection to ensure there weren't any further issues with the water system before he left.

All in all I am extremely satisfied with S&D's fast response and overall professionalism with every individual I had interacted with. I will definitely employ them again for any future plumbing projects or needs. They're awesome!

I called about a sluggishly draining faucet and was able to have a plumber arrive the following day. Zen was the plumber who came; he diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it in the same day. I always appreciate how this company is upfront with their pricing and reviews all options before starting any work. Will continue to use and refer our friends/neighbors to them.

Zen was great, He worked diligently to figure out what the problem was with our sink. He even helped fix an unexpected small issue with our water heater when he happened to notice it. Super easy to work with and clear about pricing and what to expect from the service.

I was able to get an appt within a week and the technicians that came out were very helpful in explaining what I needed, walking me through the parts and prices. They had the parts with them and got everything completed same day. They were careful to wear booties inside since it was muddy outside, and my dogs loved them. Highly recommend Weston and Carson!

Zach and Sean came out to install our Grohe water filter/ carbonator and a special drain for our master bathroom sink. I truly appreciate their skill and professionalism in handling our home. They wore shoe covers which is such a rare but greatly appreciated courtesy! I felt very reassured by their responses to my Many questions. Lol. We have used a few local plumbers but I really was left with a positive impression of Beyond Wow Plumbing and their work thanks to Zach and Sean. They had me thinking “Wow could all of our plumbing work had been this easy if we called them sooner?”. I hope to have them back out to install something else for us when it arrives.

The S&D Plumbing crew serviced my water heaters to keep them running efficiently, and installed a water filtration system for my home. They were knowledgeable and service minded. From getting the estimate to completing the service, everyone was professional and offered excellent customer service. They didn’t over sell me products and services I didn’t need, and consulted me on what they thought would solve my problems. Exactly what I was looking for!

They repaired my front yard water main pipe leak back in Sep 2022, and now about 3 years later, the a leak reemerges from the same place. I called them and they said their warranty is only for 1 year. To me, a pipe which is flexible and is buried in 1 ft of dirt should not fail just in 3 years. Poor workmanship or planning by them. The manager did not even want to acknowledge that there could be any poor work by them and she said we are 100% sure we did the work excellent!!!! How can you be sure, and even she was not willing to give some discount to a returning customer who has had the same issue. I will not work with them anymore, and the first time I worked with them I believe they were very pricy. The 2-star that I give is only for for their nice greeting and conversation, although that is important, more important is quality of work and acknowledging possible poor work.

Recently had a broken sewer pipe under my Pier and beam home. They came pretty promptly and gave me a pretty costly estimate. After they spent about a good 4 hours of repair time and replaced 8 foot of pipe, I was charged $6,600.00. While I can't condemn their workmanship, I cannot accept that a 4 hour job costs $6,600.00. I will definitely call someone else next time OR get a second opinion and estimate. BEWARE!!
