They were prompt, super easy to communicate with and I can't thank them enough for coming out last minute for a plumbing inspection during the middle of the holidays. They will be my go-to plumber in the Buda-Kyle area if the need ever arises again!

I had an emergency hot water heater issue that needed a quick response. Chad responded and altered his return trip to Austin to go by the house to assess the damage. These guys are legit. I manage several rental properties. And for the past few years, I've used them exclusively for all my plumbing work big and small. They're responsive. I can rely that once they fix something, it's fixed for good. No upsells for things you don't need. And, since they don't have radio ads, secretaries, etc., I don't have to pay Radiant prices.

We hired Flint Plumbing to repipe our home in Windsor Park, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Results, price, everything! When the cold weather started this year we noticed the flow in our master bath was restricted. We originally called one of the big plumbing companies in Austin (they did our HVAC), and they told us the pipes in our house were original and corroding from the inside out. They said that we’d need a full repipe to fix the issue. They gave us a bunch of quotes (some included extras like whole-home water filtration), but the prices were… shocking so we decided to shop around.

I’m so thankful we found Flint Plumbing. Not only were they way more affordable, but Chad and his team were amazing to work with. From the first consultation, they were super respectful, took the time to answer all my questions, and asked for my input on things. They handled everything, including fixing the drywall and siding, all for the price they originally quoted.

My husband and I are newer homeowners and it can be stressful dealing with a big plumbing issue for the first time but they made it as easy and as stress free and it could possibly be. We had a leak in our water main and called on a Sunday afternoon. They showed up first thing Monday morning at exactly the time they said they would, found the leak, and fixed it right away, despite having to go get parts to solve the issue. Will definitely be using them again!

Great communication, reasonable pricing, and quality work. Really appreciated the honest information on the condition of our water heater without trying to upsell us or rush our decision. We were also impressed that they replaced our homeowner shutoff with an easily accessible box as opposed to the hard to reach tube installed by the builder.

They got the job done, but very pricey. One valve and two faucets were fixed. The original quote was $500-700 parts&labor all-included. But they charged me $760. They arrived at 9:40am and the job was done at 11:45am, during that period they left to buy the part from 10:10am to 10:55am. That brings their hourly rate to $451/hour.
