They ran multiple tests to ensure everything was done right, giving us peace of mind. On top of all that, their pricing is very competitive—they promise to charge less than their competitors, and they delivered on that promise. Garrison Plumbing was quick to respond to an inquiry we made when our water heater failed us. They gave us multiple options for repairing/replacing and provided their professional opinion on the best option. We ended up replacing the water heater. They were able to do it same day. The crew showed up on time, let me know how long the process would take and at what parts/times they would need my assistance. Overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Issac and Daniel showed up on time and did a thorough examination of my property and found a leaky hose connection. They remedied the situation easily and explained what to look for in the future as well as some suggestions to be sure the problem was in fact that particular nozzle. I would recommend them absolutely in the future but be aware Garrisons charge for coming to your house. This was new for me. My plumbers in the past charged once they diagnose a problem.

Garrison was so quick to come out and replumb our pool backwash line to redirect it so that we could stop erosion. It was a bit complicated to route under a deck. The work was high quality and we are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend Garrison.

The team at Garrison Plumbing always provide us with excellent service. Sadly, we have a pretty consistent need for their expertise at our house (due to the house age and old copper piping and well water). They are always super responsive, friendly, and quick to figure out and solve the problems we've come across. We've had them install/replace old piping, indoor water fixtures, including repairing sheetrock, stone facades, install tankless water heaters, and more. I couldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to helping out when you need plumbing professionals.

The installers, Josh and Issac arrived at my home at the scheduled installation time and professionally installed my new water heater in a timely manner. I just had Josh from Garrison plumbing out to look at a clogged pool. He was very professional and worked diligently to remedy the problem. Even when I thought it was no hope he kept going and cleared the pipe. Great plumber. I appreciate it Josh and Garrison.

Very good. Straight forward, beautiful work, didn’t have to give much direction and significantly less price from the initial quote from a separate company. All i had to do was patch some spots with duct tape that had fallen off the dry wall and definitely worth it for what I was charged. Calling them back for more work!

We called Garrison Plumbing for a leaking PVC line in our yard. Tyler was able to come out the same day to diagnose and repair the line at the quoted amount. Tyler even stuck around a while to make sure the repair solved the problem. We really appreciate Tyler’s hard work and dedication!

Let me begin by saying I would absolutely recommend Garrison plumbing for any bathroom renovations. Tyler and his team were very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and were very communicative during the process. If I had any questions they responded immediately. They also were able to finish our projects very quickly. They were working almost every day so the process went much faster than expected.
We had a small leak in our guest bathroom and decided to go ahead and redo it and our primary shower. We did them one at a time so we would have a working bathroom at all times. The guest bathroom was first since it had the leak. The Garrison team did the floors, lighting, installed a new tub/shower and tile surround, along with reinstalling the toilet and the new vanity sink. Demo was very quick with minimal damage, tile was done exactly how we wanted it, and all the plumbing has been working great. Any damage or imperfections were promptly fixed. From start to finish this bathroom took about a week and a half to two weeks.
The primary bathroom we added a vent fan and removed the tub/shower combo to turn it into a walk in shower. This one took a little more time, about a month, but throughout the process they made sure everything was to our specifications and also fixed anything we had a problem with.
Overall we are very happy with the results in both bathrooms! The Garrison plumbing team was great to work with and we would definitely work with them again in future projects.

Superb service from start to finish! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We were in the midst of a possible slab leak, aka a homeowners nightmare. Tyler came over right away and assessed the situation and provided an estimate. While assessing the situation he noted that our water heater was very old and in danger of going out. Since it’s located in our attic, that added another level a concern. He quickly got us on the schedule and did a full replacement. Both Tyler and his crew were friendly, professional and left my home spotless! It was as if they were never here. I cannot recommend Garrison Plumbing enough! They are without a doubt our new go-to plumbers whenever we have the need.

Had them out for a warranty claim water heater issue. No bs, reasonable claim amount, warranty denied, but they still honored the quote and helped me get a new heater on my own. Had me scheduled for a Monday following the Friday diagnoses, but where able to get me in on Saturday morning instead. First hot shower in more than a week. Thanks to the dispatcher, Tyler and Josh for some amazing work!
