Matt and Mark helped us out today! They addressed all of our questions and were very informative about the process and what future repairs/services might look like. They were not pushy - they sincerely offered their professional opinions in a respectful manner where you did not feel pressured to make any decisions. Happy with their work and will contact them for future help!

The customer service representative over the phone was able to get me in on the same day. The plumber was very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me choices and allowed me to make my own decision on my replacements. He completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Jason showed up right on time and was extremely nice and professional. I really appreciated his thoroughness and his ability to explain things in detail that I don't know much about. He was very honest and forthright about the work that needed to be done and I really appreciated his patience with all of our questions.

Noah and Jorge were fantastic. My pipe burst on Tuesday and I've been without water for 5 days. They've been working hard all day. Got to my house at 7pm. They stayed until it was fixed! Who can say they get such great service. I am so happy I do business with S & D Plumbing. The best in town!

Matthew was awesome. He gave me full explanations of the situation and assessed what it could be. We subsequently did a video scope of the pipes and discovered the exact thing he was explaining. I scheduled an appointment online and received an e-mail confirming the appointment. They didn't show and when I called I was told they had texted and e-mailed me with questions 2 days prior. I had not received anything other than the confirmation e-mail. They said they could send someone the following day but I told them no thanks. In about a half hour they sent the texts they told we were sent 2 days prior. I won't call them again. There are many other plumbers in the area.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a plumber ever. Jason and his colleague came out and really took the time to assess the issue and any other potential issues/complications. It’s clear jason is very knowledgeable, likes what he does, and values taking care of people. Even did a follow up call. It was the first time in a long time where it felt like I could trust a company and was being treated as a customer/person. Thank you!

S and D is responsive and professional. They are transparent in their pricing and easy to communicate with. Jorge was easy to work with, followed up with us despite being home with a sick child and was able to get our new water heater in very quickly- same day! I highly recommend them and will continue to use S and D!

Thank you S &D for our drain pipe repair. Zoe was nice and got us a quick response the next day. Noah and his apprentice arrived earlier than scheduled. The efficient repair was done quickly but we needed an air-jetting service also. Friendly and efficient service is greatly appreciated. We will look for you on future repair work.

Avoid these guys. $150 service fee if they come look at a rental property. Yeah right. A plumber should price their services right, and they won’t have issue acquiring enough business to thrive.

Our experience with S&D was so professional from start to finish. From calling to make the appointment to locate a leak on our property, to being notified when the guys were on the way, to how they conducted themselves onsite and communicated their findings and the steps to repair.

It is so refreshing to deal with a service provider that puts its customers first! We recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely use them the next time we have a plumbing need.

We used S and D based on the recommendation of a friend. They were quickly responsive. Although it took a couple of days to come repair our non-emergency pipe leak, Jess, arrived at the appointed time and did a quick and clean repair at a reasonable cost. We will certainly call S and D for any future needs.

Check the website before you call. They have a discount for new customers. Unfortunately I didn’t know it until we’ll after the repairs were made and payment sent.

Over-priced, money hungry company that takes all day to show up. I was told estimates are done in person and their window is 9-6? Basically had to sit at home all day until 30 mins prior to being notified of arrival.
I had already disassembled the shower down to the valve, and bought my own faucet. I was priced over $1k, for 2 hrs of labor!!!
They do a “safety inspection” of the entire home too, as a money grab for other projects. And did I mention an annual membership costing $200 for supposed priority scheduling, and free future “safety inspections”??
Unfortunate to see other reviews of people taken advantage of.
Went with another company - $300 flat, priced over the phone. Experienced plumbers know prices without seeing the work for a simple cartridge swap and faucet swap.
Go elsewhere, save a cool 70%, and get timely service.

This is a review of their customer service, I have no idea how well they do the work as detailed below.

I reached out to get service in their backyard of Buda. They quickly responded trying to schedule for ASAP, but as soon as it became apparent I was trying to schedule for my rental property, they informed me they wouldn't work with a landlord for a rental property, and they had no one else they could recommend.

With this experience, I would never consider using them for my primary residence, let alone consider contacting them again.

S and D did a great job of being in communication and provided updates regarding arrival time. Jason and Carson were friendly and took their time to explain what was going on with our kitchen sink. Customer service overall was great and they fixed the problem.

The S&D Plumbing crew serviced my water heaters to keep them running efficiently, and installed a water filtration system for my home. They were knowledgeable and service minded. From getting the estimate to completing the service, everyone was professional and offered excellent customer service. They didn’t over sell me products and services I didn’t need, and consulted me on what they thought would solve my problems. Exactly what I was looking for!

Zen provided wonderful service The joint under my sink was just loose so didn't need any repairs I've been a customer with this company many years . They do good work

Jason and Caden were absolutely amazing. I used S&D for a clog in my kitchen and laundry area. They were thorough and infinitely patient. They went above and beyond to show me the problem was completely fixed before they left. I couldn’t have asked for better service. These guys have my business for life.

Our plumber was Alex Warren who did an outstanding job installing our new water heater and water softner. S&D did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout this process. Water heater went out on Friday morning and by Saturday afternoon we were back in business. Great job by both S&D and our plumber Alex Warren. S&D is now our permanent plumber. I would highly recommend this company!
