I've used Get Complete for three different projects. One addition of a dedicated breaker for a sauna and fridge, one emergency repair of a shower cartridge, and another minor plumbing back up. They value friendliness, quality work, and your time.

Diamond came out to replace an electrical panel, and everything went smoothly. He was quick, professional, and made sure everything was safe. If you need electrical repairs or panel upgrades, they’re a solid team.

Had a new AC unit installed recently, and Gerald handled everything perfectly. He made sure the system was running efficiently and explained how to maintain it. If you're looking for HVAC services like AC installation or maintenance, they’re definitely worth considering.

Had Johnathan come out to repair a commercial oven, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, explained the issue, and had the oven back up and running in no time. If you need help with commercial appliances like ovens or walk-in freezers, I’d definitely recommend them.

Had Jerry and his team build a new deck for my backyard, and it turned out amazing. They were professional, quick, and made sure every detail was perfect. If you’re thinking about deck renovation or any home renovation, these guys are amazing!

Mr DeShon was such a pleasant person very professional & polite. It was a treat to have him come hang these shades on my patio.

Jorge and Carson came by to replace my previous softener with a softener and filtration system. They were professional, knowledgable, and clearly know their stuff. The guys that came out were great! They arrived earlier than the original time slot which was perfect! They quickly found the (non-plumbing) issue (cracked tile) and cleaned up once they were done! They even recommended a company that can fix the tile! Thanks y'all!!

I used S&D for a full-sail replacement of my plumbing back in 2017. It required tunneling under my slab foundation. Though the process was shockingly expensive and difficult, they came in with the best price and worked with me through finances and timing. They were extremely responsive in getting the job done ASAP - I have only one bathroom and it was out of commission. I've recently used them again for more jobs such as assessing and trying to repair water flow issues, and righting some issues with loose faucets / fixtures that were not properly installed by prior contractors. They are up front about pricing, which I appreciate.

We were able to easily schedule an appointment. Noah was on time and awesome. He reviewed all necessary repairs an options thoroughly and got the job done same day. Highly recommend this company. Incredibly professional.

Had a refrigerator delivered by a merchant but could not install due to the ice maker water line not able to shut off. I had to have it repaired before the merchant came back to install the fridge. I called at least 5 plumbers before S&D Plumbing and all of them were booked for several days. S&D was able to get me in the next day, arrived on time, repaired quickly, and very professional and courteous. Thank you!

S&D Plumbing has been great to work with from start to finish. My interaction with S&D Plumbing was as good or better than all of my previous work with home repair businesses. From the people who answer the phone to the technicians who replaced my hot water heater, they respected me, their customer, and provided excellent service. Their prices were very reasonable, equal to or better than other quotes I received. It wasn't cheap, because plumbing repair work never is, but it was fair and consistent with or better than other quotes I received. I couldn't be more satisfied with S&D Plumbing's work to remove my leaking hot water heater and replace it with a top-of-the-line tankless hot water heater, for less than their competition. Everyone treated me with courtesy and respect, their price was reasonable, the technicians were on-time, their work was high quality, they cleaned everything up after themselves, the tankless water heater they installed is working great, they did everything they said they would do, they were cheerful and helpful in all of my interactions... I could go on and on to sing their praises. I've found the only plumbing company that I need to meet all of my plumbing service needs! I'd give S&D 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend S&D Plumbing!

Jess and his apprentice arrived timely, introduced themselves and got right to work. We were highly impressed with his demeanor and customer service skills. Jess listened to my concern (and the history of it) and proceeded to perform various test to diagnose the issue. Once diagnosed (thankfully just a leak under the shower glass!) he promptly informed us. I highly recommend S&D Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We called S&D plumbing after our dogs broke the PVC pipes connecting our sprinkler systems to the main water line. The plumbers arrived to fix the issue within a couple of hours of us calling. When they arrived they were able to quickly figure out a solution for the issue, fixed the problem within a few hours, and had everything they need with them in their trucks. They were knowledgable and professional and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

I don’t write reviews often, but I can’t help but rave about this company! We had the most amazing experience with them, and had to brag on some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Starts with the woman who answered our initial call. She was beyond polite and helpful! The guys ran a little late and we received a call to let us know they were behind which was totally fine. Noah and Travis showed up and went straight to work helping us find a clog in our very old cast iron plumbing system. It was a piece of concrete stuck in our line from another bathroom remodel we’d been working on. They called another colleague, Esteban, who drove all the way from Taylor to south Austin on icy roads to bring the water jet to clear the lines. They were here for several hours working hard to fix our crisis, and they were successful. These three young men who come from a generation that often gets a bad wrap, were hard working, polite, well mannered and cared enough to make sure the job was done right. They worked so late into their Friday night that we asked them to join us for dinner! They did and it was so fun getting to know them. We will certainly be calling S&D Pluming for any other plumbing needs we have. Thank you all so much!

Recently had a broken sewer pipe under my Pier and beam home. They came pretty promptly and gave me a pretty costly estimate. After they spent about a good 4 hours of repair time and replaced 8 foot of pipe, I was charged $6,600.00. While I can't condemn their workmanship, I cannot accept that a 4 hour job costs $6,600.00. I will definitely call someone else next time OR get a second opinion and estimate. BEWARE!!

I was so pleased with the service I received from S&Dplumbing. Mark and Musa were totally professional and explained everything that they were doing and why. They were respectful and considerate.
