After scheduling and confirmation on the day of the office manager, Daniela, decided to send the plumber to a different job after telling me they were on the way. Showed up 3 hours later to then tell me I wasn’t answering my phone.

René came out on a Sunday morning to unclog our main drain. He was very friendly and was great explaining all the steps he was taking. He had it all cleared in no time. I would highly recommend.

The guys were pleasant but the $100 fee just to stop by was not worth it. I thought they would do an in-depth evaluation of my water softener (recently purchased house and no idea of the last time it was used), but they just turned it on and left.

We had a very bad water hammer problem both inside and outside the house. Oak Hill plumbing was able to fix it without going into the house walls
