Very promptly came out after hours and fixed my problem within 2 hours of contacting them.

I recently had AC maintenance done by Greg's Heating and Air, and I liked their scheduling tool. I can easily pick a time slot and check details like the technician's name and arrival time in the customer portal. Plus, their prices are great, and their customer service is super helpful.

The technician, Zachary, was fantastic! He cleaned my AC unit outside and replaced the parts that were about to fail. Now, our AC runs much better--the air is cooler, and it takes less time to cool our bedroom. I'm definitely going to sign up for the annual plan to keep both the heating and cooling systems in top shape.

Greg is super knowledgeable and hands-on. The work quality is great and he would supervise The technician to make sure work is done correctly. He also come multiple time to our place in person. His scope is thorough and transparent. He gave you the price for everything needs to be done compared to others like there's always hidden fees. And the price is reasonable. Greg makes you feel He really cares And you can trust him. I have already decided to go with him for future mmaintenance. If there were to be repairs He would be my go to, but I guess we have replaced the evap coil and condenser and they should last for quite a while.

Greg gave me very good advice on my two zone system and we ended up sizing up to a 5 ton, just using the system as a single zone to avoid overloading the ducts. The price was very competitive and the technicians were professional, fast, and thorough. I would use them again.

It's nice to have someone come out and know so much about HVAC that you learn as they work. The tech was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, honest, up front, and EXTREMELY respectful. Workshopped ideas with us, gave us space when we needed to talk, and taught us a whole lot about our system and how systems work. Super nice guy, no BS at all, and a comfortable experience when HVAC work is usually stressful. Great company

Greg sent somebody to rescue us the same day we called when our A/C blower died on a Friday with a week of 100-degree days ahead. The service guy was at our house until 10 pm. I hope he had Saturday off.

Very courteous and professional service! My bungalow, built in 1953, has never had central air and central heat so installing an HVAC system will be quite a job! However both Mr. Sandoval and Mr. Bigger were undaunted and thoroughly evaluated my house and outlined the different options for getting central air and central heat for my house. They were knowledgeable about my house and about what HVAC system might be good for me. I am most grateful to Greg's Heating and Air! Great service!

Great communication, showed up on time, and did great work. Isaac replaced our condenser, followed up on our warranty, and left everything in working order.

I scheduled an appointment with Greg's heating and air and their technician came out. Charged me the fee to come out and another fee to clean the coils of my a/c to check pressure of my refrigerant. Told me everything was fine and fed me a line that they changed a setting to make the A/C pull air less often outside the system which I googled later couldn't find anything on. Tinkered around for a while then left saying system would cool off in a couple hours. It's morning and the a/c is hotter inside than it is outside. Waste of money.

I cannot say enough about this company and its employees. From the first conversation with Jackie who answered the phone she was very professional, friendly and genuinely concerned of my situation. We're talking 90 degrees plus temps! She was able to schedule someone that same day. They show up introduced themselves and immediately began looking over my unit. They were very thorough and kept me informed during the entire diagnoses process. They determined that the unit was low in freon. We discussed options and we determined we should check for leaks in the unit. Went up in attic they opened the air handler to access the coils and thoroughly began to check for leaks using both bubbles and electronic sniffer. Mind you I was right there with them as they checked, unfortunately a leak was found. Again, options were discussed and I did not want to risk topping off the unit with freon just for the leak to get worse and repeat the process. I decided to replace the unit. They went inside the house to look at layout such as the return and outlets and questions like which rooms stayed warmer when the ac was on. I showed them the areas then they went back up in the attic to look at the duct runs for those specific areas. I was sent via email three units pricing to choose from. Two days later two installers arrived and they were very professional and polite and like the techs they provided all the details what they were doing to install the unit. The install was very professionally done. They cleaned up around the units. After a few hours the unit was up and running. I then get a call from one of the owners to let me know a tech was being sent out to do an overall inspection of the install and to measure temps and reset the thermostat and answer in additional questions. Totally awesome!
After a few days I get a follow up call from the owners asking if all was going well and to let me know that he filed the warranty with the manufacture and a copy of that warranty was sent to my email. Two weeks now and all is running well.
Folks if you have AC problems or need to install a unit you must look into this company. In my opinion you would be making a big mistake by not using them, I highly recommend them. You just don't get this type of service, professionalism and friendliness today. Pricing is very competitive but you just can't beat the service. Thank you Greg's AC and Heating.

I received a prompt reply and the offer to come over immediately for $165 (evening hours) or they could come next day for $59 plus cost of new thermostat and whatever extra labor was needed. Issac showed up and went straight to the issue. He not only installed a new thermostat, but checked out/cleaned the entire system. He was very polite, thorough, and explained the software and the warranty. We will be using Greg's Heating and Air should we ever need another HVAC professional.

Awesome folks to work with! I had an AC emergency at 6:00 pm, and started making phone calls. They had a tech available virtually immediately, who came and fixed my problem very quickly. Everybody was polite, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them!

I spoke with Greg last Friday. He was rushing out the door to go home and asked me to leave my contact information on a text so he could get back to me the next day. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from him. I had the work done yesterday by a company who actually cared enough to show up. Greg gets a big fat zero from me.

I have been using Rosales for about 5 years or so. This time they way above and beyond by moving some blocks around just so they could get to the grass. I appreciated that since we’re having some work done to the backyard. Highly recommend!
