I have a contractor who handles most of the needs of our commercial kitchen. Every once in a while he is not available and I rely on Big Fish. Every tech who has helped us has been knowledgeable and very good at explaining the problem and the solution. Prices are reasonable especially compared to some other commercial service providers in Austin. I recommend these guys.

Daryl is one of the most honest and caring people that i have ever done business with and i have been in business many years. You can depend on him to do the job right the first time and the cost is more than fair. He always calls back just to make sure the job he preformed was satisfactory. I highly recommend him.

Eric did a great job taking care of us today with preventative maintenance on our RTU’s. He even tried fix an issue while being here to instead of passing it on to the next servicing professional. Profesional, timely, and a good attitude. Thanks for helping us out for us Eric.

Roberto came and repaired my ice machine which I was so thankful for! He came the day after the work order was created and explained what the issue was to me. He arrived on time and fixed it in a timely manner. He also stayed to make sure it was working which I appreciated.

After multiple service calls with other companies that resulted in only temporary fixes, we were fortunate to find Big Fish. Eric was friendly, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigeration system. He thoroughly explained the repair process and pointed out areas where some preventative maintenance could help prevent future breakdowns.

Eric was able to arrive promptly, diagnose, and complete the repair before we had to begin the painstaking process of moving product, a huge relief for our team. Despite our challenging security and elevator setup, he demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism throughout the entire visit.
