We just finished a new build with Baird and couldn't be happier with the company and with our new pool. We started the design and contract process in May thinking this would be a many-months project, but they broke ground on the excavation on July 22, and by the end of August we had a beautiful new pool. Throughout the build the contractors were friendly and worked efficiently. They even swept the dirt from the truck tires off of the street. Our immediate neighbors have commented multiple times that the workers were great and that they are impressed by how quickly they worked. We have neighbors stopping by every day asking to see the pool and marveling at how good it looks and how fast it went in. And Baird themselves have been accessible and communicative at every turn. Cris, the owner, has been out here at every stage looking over the work to make sure it's right, and when we've had minor issues, he's come over immediately to assess and get us a solution. We chose Baird because we wanted a local, family-owned company that cared about its customers, and we got even more than we hoped. If we ever have another house in the area and need to put in a pool, we wouldn't even consider going with anyone else. We're Baird customers for life.

We are new customers of Baird after purchasing a home with a pool. So far we've been extremely pleased with their responsiveness and work. Our pool needed some extra attention, and Baird has been doing a great job. Shout out to Alan for taking especially good care of us and talking us through things as we're new to having a pool!

Cris Baird did a fantastic job renovating my pool years ago. These days, Matt Riojas and Tye of Baird Pools are doing a wonderful job with weekly pool service. When I needed a pump repaired, Cameron got it done in a day. Baird Pools is a professional and responsive company that does a quality job.

We want to call out the excellent work of Mason Jones with Baird Pools. Mason arrived on a holiday, in sub-freezing temperatures, within hours of our phone call. Our pump is now fixed allowing the system survive yet another freeze. We appreciate the prompt response and excellent service provided by Mason and the Baird Pools team.

I had a valve and some pipes crack during the last freeze and I had been troubleshooting with no luck an issue with a lot of air getting into the system on our pool. I went ahead and requested Baird Pools to come and repair and troubleshoot. Mason showed up shortly after letting me know he was on the way. Showed him all my issues and immediately he shared his thoughts very clear and professionally on what he was going do to troubleshoot and fix. I left him to it and in about 30 minutes he had replaced the busted valve and pipes. Then in another 30 minutes he called me back out and explained what he had done to repair my air in system issues. Mason was awesome. Very professional, explained everything very clearly, easy to talk to, and obviously very knowledgeable and efficient. If you need any pool repair work call Baird and request Mason!

We've used Baird Pools for service and repairs for many years now. They've been prompt, knowledgable, kind, and thorough on every visit. They're also fantastic communicators and have never left us hanging.

Last month's freeze took our nearly new pump offline. We originally thought it was the pump itself but the Baird team came out and determined it was actually the electrical line.

Sure enough, a master electrician finally determined that that the line was poorly/dangerously DIY-installed by the previous homeowner and was regularly flooding/tripping the breaker. Eventually a new line was run and we could finally be sure that electricity was safely getting to the pump.

So it was time to get Baird team back out to help get the pool cleaned and back in good shape after the pump being out of commission for nearly a month. However, at the first cleaning, the tech determined that the pump had lost prime. Nothing he tried worked so he helped me set up a repair visit.

As part of the original cleaning service, Alex came out to do the followup but when he realized the pump was still offline, he arranged with the office to delay the 2nd cleaning visit until the pump could be re-primed and was up and running again. Really appreciate Alex's thoughtfulness and willingness to help get things lined up and rescheduled.

Spoke with Alex on the phone today and he was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I will definitely be calling in the future for my pool needs.

Cris and his team are top notch! We've partnered with Cris to resurface our pool and give it an amazing new look. They made the whole process run smooth and simple. The whole team is super responsive and helpful as we worked through getting our pool summer ready. We also use Baird Pools for our weekly maintenance and Conner has done amazing work. Alan has done a great job keeping us updated about the pool status and keeping it pristine for guests. When our pool pump randomly went out after the freeze, the Baird team was able to get the parts and do the install more quickly than our previous pool company. We’re so happy we switched. Recently had a new pool installed. Panel wasn't communicating properly. Parker w/ Baird and initially Alex also came out to diagnose after another company called an equipment warranty claim. Parker & Alex were quick to diagnose issue, they got the part under a week Parker came back to install. Answered all my noob questions, politely, and he knows his stuff. As a new pool owner the expense of the chemicals required to keep it clean and beautiful can be costly. Not to mention the time need for maintenance. Baird Pools is the best pool company in Texas. Our pool technician Parker had our fountain running great, fixed our little cleaning robot, repaired our filter and got the pool sparkling new.

We also chose Baird Pools because of their excellent reviews here and on Nextdoor; we were not disappointed. The first thing that impressed us was their responsiveness as this had been a problem with the company we'd previously used for pool service. We had a variety of issues--some large, some small--and Parker came out and assessed them all and gave us a concise report on what needed to be fixed and how. He explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. It was also clear to us that he didn't exaggerate small problems just to run up a bill.

Parker came back the next week to replace a failed pump and continued to impress us with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. We've been very pleased with all of his work.

Plus our dog absolutely adores Parker! You should pay attention to her because she's a very good judge of character.
