I visited a friend recently to catch up and enjoy her amazing pool. I had the opportunity to speak to Josh.about Baird Pools and I was very impressed. At the time, I wasn't even considering adding a pool to my home, but Josh definitely gave me some things to think about. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions I had about the process and what your company could do for my family.

Parker came out, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right away. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve been using Baird for weekly pool maintenance services for about 3 years now. Occasionally, I’ve had some issues arise when my pool was assigned to a few employees who have wanted to do the bare minimum, and not even that sometimes. The office is responsive and they promptly take care of any problems. The techs with “issues” don’t seem to last long, so it appears they keep a close watch on performance, which I appreciate.

However, I’ve also had a few amazing pool techs, I wish I remembered all their names. I appreciate having my pool under the care of one tech instead of a variety, as they get to know your pool and the things you care about when it comes to your pool. Baird does seem to take that into consideration as often as possible. My pool has been under the care of Nate Howard for the last several months. I’m so impressed with his consistent positive attitude, work ethic, and knowledge of pool mechanics and chemistry. I hope you and your boss see this because you absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you Nate for working so hard to make my pool shine! ✨

We heard about this company from our regular pool guy. Our pool needed a facelift. The owner came out and evaluated the project and sent us a quote right then and there. We put it off for a month or so as we did not have the funds. When we reached out to him, he honored the same price. We drove to the local office to select plaster, tile and coping. We also added a new light that changes colors. Due to cold weather, our project took a very long time; most milestones must be done in non-freezing conditions. During the hiatus, I had surgery, and the owner was nice to put the project on hold for another week while I recovered (this can impact their business). The pool turned out beautiful, and I would recommend this company for a new pool or a remodel. I have added a before and after photo, but it does not do justice to how beautiful it turned out.

Things to note:
*Time of the year can affect how long the project takes due to cold
weather, but it is a less busy time for pool vendors.
*I recommend upgrading the plaster to the shinier one. It's a $1400
upgrade but so worth it!
*Add the ten-day chemical check to your quote. The pool's chemicals
need to be checked and pool brushed for ten days, and your regular pool
person may not be available. I believe this was $1000
*After the two-week chemical check, it is recommended your filter is
cleaned; you can ask the company to add it to the quote or schedule it
with your pool person.
*Text the owner as he's busy running around if you need an immediate
response; email will take longer.

Fisher came out to our house this morning, and he was AWESOME. We've been battling programming issues on our pool since it was installed. He was the first technician to spend the time to not only fix the problem, but educate us on what was wrong, and how to deal with it in the future. Super knowledgable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable with all the work. Can't say enough good things about Fisher and the work that Baird Pools does!

Parker and Michael came out to replace a bad light in our pool. These guys were great. I appreciate them educating me on potential issues with the electrical set up (junction box set too close to pool water level, no separate GFCI breaker installed for the lights.) In my case, the light itself was bad (cracked/broken housing around cable) so they walked me through the process to replace and fixed quickly. Thanks for lighting the pool back up, guys!

Parker helped us today fix a couple of pumps that were acting up. He was very fast, efficient, professional and helpful. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone having issues with their pool

This is the best pool company in Buda and probably in the entire Austin area. Not only do they build great pools they service existing pools as well. Had a great experience with Conner today as he quickly fixed a lingering issue that a since fired pool company created and couldn't solve. Super happy we switched over to them...should have done it years ago but my wife wouldn't let me.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us. He emailed his price quote on the spot! No waiting several days for a bid to arrive. His team is thorough, professional and hard working. They exceeded our expectations. Our pool looks amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. We highly recommend Baird Pool to anyone who needs service performed on their pool.

We started our remodel with another company. Let's say it didn't go well at all. Nine months of delays and multiple significant errors in implementation later, we had a Frankenstein project that required skill to fix appropriately.

Cris, Tiffany, and their son, Conner, have all been superb to work with.

Our backyard is finally finished, and the pool is GREAT. This was a major remodel involving complicated stonework, plumbing, resurfacing, tile, faux negative edge, and a new tanning shelf.

I can't say enough positive things about Baird Pools. They fixed everything the last company broke and wrapped up the project in no time.

We had a problem with our pool, and Baird pools came to the rescue! Tyler and Fisher came to our house as scheduled, arrived on time, showed us what the problem was with our pump, and promptly fixed it for us! They were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. The Baird team recently renovated our pool, originally installed in 1981 that needed a LOT of love! We ended up opting to replace skimmers, all plumbing, electrical, lighting, tile and plaster! It's basically a brand-new pool. Chris' team was incredibly helpful and communicative during the entire process not to mention the work was done in less than 3 weeks!! They didn't cut any corners and were diligent to make sure work was done with precision and care. The crews kept our property nice and clean throughout the job, the end result is night and day! We are so happy we chose to partner with Baird Pools and would certainly recommend you do the same. :)

As a new pool owner, I’ve had a lot to learn about maintenance, and the Baird team has been incredibly informative and helpful throughout the process. I’d like to take a moment to recognize our regular maintenance technician, Josh. He is always willing to share valuable insights on pool upkeep and important considerations.
At one point, he even helped us identify a leak in our auto-fill system that had been caused by freezing weather. Thanks to his expertise, my pool stays crystal clear and ready to enjoy on these hot summer days.

Our pool had been leaking for over a year. Two other companies attempted repairs with no luck. Chris knew exactly what needed to be done. Abby was very helpful with color selections as I had to make the decision remotely.

Our pool no longer leaks and it looks much better than it ever did. If your pool has a leak, these are the people to call.

We had a terrific experience with Baird Pools of Buda and would highly recommend them. They followed our designs provided by Mike Helton Pool Designs and delivered exactly what we wanted. There were a few challenges due to elevation but Cris Baird was quick to come up with a solution and resolve it. They delivered on time and on budget. 60 day turn around.

Hired Baird for pool service…it’s been a complete disaster since day one despite their service being more expensive than their competitors. My pool has been unusable all summer as they can’t get the chemicals right. Their pool techs have no clue what they are doing. They broke my pool equipment more than once and charged me thousands of dollars to fix it. And their managers seem even less competent than their incompetent pool techs. I finally got tired of having to fix their mistakes and fired them.

I would not recommend them for pool service.
