Gerald came and did my carpet he half clean it the first time and half clean it the second time after he came to fix it. Plus his customer service was terrible, when I was telling him how my carpet in my home was not clean he was trying to dispute what I saying to him as if I didn't know what I was talking about! Then he did a rush job once again my carpet still was not clean in neither room's I would not recommend his service to anyone at all Mr. Bill was very nice and very professional.

Bill gave me a very reasonable price to clean the grout and seal it in my large kitchen and bathroom space. He cleaned some areas twice to make them sparkling and did this on his own volition. I can see that the team takes pride in their work! When we discovered that some tiles got some of discoloration marks, they came back and stripped the tiles, cleaned them again, and resealed the grout for us promptly. I highly recommend this team for their professional yet friendly service and their pride in doing the job right!

Used Eagle to do the restoration work after dealing with a faulty pipe in my water heater. They were very professional, timely, easy to work with, and provided quality work in the rebuild (needed new cabinets, drywall, and flooring; they were able to work on everything). Bill has been doing this for decades and it shows. Will definitely be using them again if the situation calls for it.
