Constraction reviews in Burleson, Texas

Brainiac is the real deal! They came out and inspected my roof and instead of trying to sell me a new roof they told me I needed a few small repairs. Love their honesty. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Roger are 2 guys that knows how to get the Job Done. From Start to Finish they will communicate with you every step of the way. Mike knows customer service and has no problems with extending it if needed when dealing with insurance companies. Im very happy and excited with my services as if I brought my home all over agian. Very Friendly, Easy going guys. Mike and Roger Thanks for Everything

Had Michael Lawrence come take a look at my roof after a pretty decent storm. He asked me to contact my insurance company which I did. They met with Michael and everything else just fell into place. We got the insurance estimate from my insurance as Michael said we would. He got in touch with my insurance company and added some damages they forgot to put into the estimate. We agreed on a price for the replacement and he got to work. They did an amazing job during the project from making sure I understood the materials being used and upgraded. During the project build he made sure the area was clean and looked amazing even as they were tearing off huge amounts of debris. Definitely give this company a chance, it’s a small company so you get their full attention during the entire process.

Excellent communication. Fast and easy process. The crew was amazing. Found problems with the wood under the shingles. Sent pictures and replaced quickly. Also, the crew smelled gas and we found out we had a gas meter leak. The roof looks amazing and it is great quality.

Man, let me tell ya, I’ve had the run through with roofing companies. I haven’t had a pleasant experience with one in many years. I gave Brainiac a shot and it was a breathe of fresh air. Well-informed, articulate responses to my questions, and a great quote that beat out everyone else. I look forward to doing business with them again. Take the leap, you’ll thank me later.

The best contractor I have ever used.. period. Not only did they take a job most every other contractor would not do but they went the extra mile and fixed things that needed fixed without chargiing us. They are really great guys and I would recomend them to anyone needing siding repair. Will definately call them again for more work in the future.

Michael took great care of us from start to finish. I highly recommend them for your next roofing project. They were very professional, clean and prompt. I will be using them for future projects.

I had them come out to inspect my roof from Hail damage- They came out to look at my roof and I got better service than I ever thought I would. They not only looked at my roof but they looked at my entire house. They took it from there and worked directly with my insurance and I was able to get not only my roof replaced but I got windows and gutters replaced. I am so thankful to them. I would have never knew any of that was so badly damaged. When the crew was done they did a great job cleaning up and the owner came out and inspected the job to make sure it was to his standards. The owner Michael Lawrence was awesome to talk to. It was refreshing to know there are still good people in this world, he even called to make sure I was happy and had no problems with the work. If I ever need any more construction done to my house, I know who to call. Thank you Brainiac and thank you Mr. Lawrence!

Brainiac construction was great to work with from start to finish! They were timely in the inspection of our roof and quick to get back to us with a quote. We were thrilled with the price of our roof and the end result was wonderful! I would recommend them over and over again. Great company, great work, and even better communication and people to work with!

The crew at Brainiac Construction have made the process of having my roof replaced easy. They have walked me through each step and took care of all the difficult paperwork with my insurance company. My roof stands out in quality and appearance in our neighborhood.

Michael at Braniac Construction was extremely helpful and professional. He helped with the HOA approval process, and everything was approved prior to the installation. The roof looks BEAUTIFUL on the house, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The project was completed quickly, and all of the debris from the roof replacement was removed. Would highly recommend this company.

Saul and his team are amazing! They were able to identify and fix a problem that many others, including the city engineer, were not able to fix. We had a horrible flooding issue in our home. Saul fixed it! We are loyal Brainiac customers with anything to do with our home now. Thank you Saul!

Michael and Saul were awesome. Very reasonable price, great work, and professional. So many contractors lack customer service, but not Brainiac construction. Highly recommend for future projects!

I had them come out and paint the outside of our house they did an awesome job. Thank you Brainiac. Will be calling them back out to do more work.

Working with Michael at Brainiac Construction was THE BEST experience I’ve had as a homeowner!!! He worked with me on every detail and phase making this complicated job seamless. Being retired I have a fixed income. He made it affordable and doable. I just wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!

I recently had Brainiac Construction put a new roof on my home. They did outstanding work and coordinated the removal and installation of my solar panels. I was extremely impressed how the work with my insurance company to make sure all the hail damage was covered in my claim. I can't say enough about Brainiac Construction. I interview 10 roofing contractors before selecting Brainiac Construction and I'm really glad I did. They took care of every aspect of the project from beginning to and not a nail or scrap of material was left on site when they were done. The only way you can tell they were here is the new roof on my home and their sign in my front yard. GREAT WORK BRAINIAC CONSTRUCTION!!!

Great experience from start to finish with Braniac. Greg was great to work with. They came out quickly to quote the work I needed. Greg talked me through several options and got me where I needed to be on budget. When the work started they arrived when they said they would and got the work done on time. They exceeded expectations on their work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They did roof repair and wood rot repair around most of my windows and wood trim around the roof and garage. I was dreading having someone come out and do this work, but Braniac really took great care of us. 5/5!

Saul from Braniac Construction came out to give us a quote for replacing the siding at the bottom of our house where our stone facade had fallen off, leaving concerning unprotected openings to the frame of our home. Although we did not get a quote because timing didn’t work out for them to be able to begin the project when we were hoping, Saul was kind enough to come back the same day and board up the opening before more cold weather (and possible critters) came through. While others said they would see what they had on them to cover the hole, or suggested what we could do ourselves, he went and got what he needed to complete the job before he was off for the weekend because, “it was the right thing to do.” So thank you so much to Saul! While I can’t vouch for their work myself, I’m giving 5 stars for integrity.

I reached out to Brainiac for some roof repair work on a rental property in Fort Worth. I couldn't have been more impressed! They did excellent work and were highly professionalism from start to finish. Saul in particular was probably the best contractor I've ever worked with. The responsiveness, professionalism and quality work really resonated with me, and was greatly appreciated as just a small residential customer. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Brainiac Construction for the administration building flooring installation! Saul and his team were professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and left everything spotless when the job was done. Their pricing was fair and affordable without compromising on quality. I'm beyond happy with the results and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Michael and Saul were awesome to work with. Very reasonable price, great work, and professional. The work looks so good, my neighbors asked for their card. They replaced the upstairs window, the door, and storm door, and repaired all the damaged siding. Highly recommend them for future projects!
