Steven from Mr Electric took care of our new home today and was a pleasure to deal with. He was on-time, quick, personable, and made the effort to connect with me. He offered many suggestions with multiple estimates for our issue, so we had options. He also suggested something that will be a big help in the future. We will be using them again just based on his customer service.

Chase and his apprentice Jayden were excellent! They were fast, professional, and clearly explained what they were doing. They arrived promptly in their short time window and got right down to work and installed my new EV charger quickly and with it looking good. Will definitely give Mr. Electric a call for any future electrical needs and asking for Chase, or Jayden when he gets his own truck!

Brandon was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed a 30 amp circuit and in addition he suggested a whole house surge protector which I followed his advice. And a big thank you for the senior discount!

We really lucked out in finding Mr. Electric. We had read about them on Angie's list and then contacted them directly. Naturally, we were worried about making the right decision for our relatively small project; but, we were reassured by their contact prior to coming out for the work. It was professional, reassuring about their approach and timely arrival. Our good fortune was the high quality, professional work, extra attention through their thorough inspection, safety orientation (extra important due to the virus), and, finally the fair price that they charged us for all of their work. We had them install a dedicated line for a spa on our patio. Scheduling was a breeze and our technician, Cody, was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do before he did it. 100% satisfied customer. Used them again for ground wiring. Perfect!

Great company - excellent service!!! Joe was very courteous, starting with his call to let me know he would be a little late and why (good reason). When he got here, he explained the problem to me, how it happened (turns out it was my fault), and how to fix it. He did excellent work and even explained to me something else my older house probably should have that has been a requirement in homes built since 1999. When I get ready to do it, I'll absolutely call Mr. Electric.

Aaron, the electrician, was very informative. He was on time and did an excellent job. He had to replace all the circuit breakers. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. I was impressed with all he did and would not have any problem recommending him. So glad I called Mr. Electric to help me with my problem.

Had to cancel first appointment (they were running 8 hours behind!!?!) but once they finally showed they did a great job. Warren was very professional, talked through what he was doing, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. 4 stars due to the initial cancellation, and because it's on the expensive end (though you get what you pay for!).

Justin Witte and Brent were absolutely awesome. No complaints, Justin went above and beyond. I know I've thanked them about 10 times before they left, ( it was like a 8 to 9 hour job). But I'm thanking them again. I would definitely recommend them. Justin is a asset to the company. They have taken like 100 lbs of stress off my shoulders . I have a old house, outdated breakers and it's a miracle my house didn't catch fire a long time ago. The breakers were burnt and one melted. But Justin was professional and handled it. Your doing a great job Justin and Brent was just as nice and professional. Mr. Electric has 2 of the best in my book.

The technician, Aaron, was very helpful and informative. He resolved both of our issues and explained what was causing the problems and also recommended some light bulb options for our layout. He was helpful and positive and I would recommend him and Mr Electric for sure. Another one of their technicians came out 6 months ago and fixed a fuse issue for our washer and that experience was also above expectations. Thanks!

Though the pricing “feels” a little high (who doesn’t want to pay less though?), these guys did absolutely wonderful work and there is no way I even knew where to start with the problem I was having. I will be using them again for my electrical work in the future as well.

Mr Electric did an awesome job in repairing the items needed for my sellers in order to get closed on time. I found them just by a quick Google search in the area and gave them a shot. I'm glad I did, they were professional and punctual, throughout the process. The electrician arrived on time and got the work done the same day. I was provided an invoice with great detail of the repairs, which is super helpful when working with sellers and buyers. I appreciate very much honesty and integrity in a company and I believe Me Electric has both. I will be using them for my future real estate clients and in my own home.

John installed some recessed lighting for me in my sewing room and I am BEYOND thrilled with it! He got it done faster than I was expecting, answered all my questions and left the space clean when he was done. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

David came out after I had been over 100 hours without power during the blizzard, and my house suddenly flooded. He came on a day when few were able to even start their cars and drive. He arrived fast, and was incredibly thorough. He inspected my home carefully and found water in places I wouldn’t have even thought to look. I knew we were in safe hands in his care, and recommend him six stars out of five!

The total process went very well. Setting the appointment was professional and efficient. Service person called ahead and arrived promptly. The technician was knowledgeable and cordial. The price was given and agreed upon before work began. The time for the service was reasonably. The price was more than I imagined it would be but reasonable.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They took the time to thoroughly explain the service and upgrades that we needed and why they were needed. They returned a day or so later and literally worked all day to complete our upgrades and repairs. All areas were spotless after completion. We will definitely use Mr. Electric again. Thanks

The electrician Tyler was very professional and personable. He explained everything up front and was more than happy to answer any questions during the entire process. His assistant did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. The result was neat, clean, and level on the wall, which is very important to me.

Tyler and David did a great job of fixing what was needing to be fixed, doing it quickly, while also being friendly and educational. The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star is because the time frame in which I requested the appointment kept being push back/delayed. I understand things happen that can’t be planned for, so I’m assuming it’s something that doesn’t happen often. The service and quality once the technicians were here was fantastic.

Everyone with whom I've interacted at this business is kind, courteous and accommodating. I was able to get next day service without even requesting it. This is the second time I've used them and each electrician was professional, polite, and diligent. The work was discussed with me prior to starting and was reviewed afterwards. The only negative is they are expensive.

Great experience setting up the appointment with the customer service rep, loved the electrician, Jake, that showed up, all smiles and enthusiasm, to do the work. Jake was thorough, informative, friendly and efficient... he even moved all my furniture back into place and cleaned up the floors before he left. And I love the work he left behind... thank you!

Very professional and service was great! Upgraded my panel with surge protector and generator back up switch. Installed exterior plug for generator hook up. Installed ground rod for the generator. Very pleased with the workmanship. Clint was knowledgeable and a very pleasant representative/ craftsman of the company.
