I found them through Angie. They were very prompt and called within 30 minutes of me leaving information on the web site. They were able to repair two outdoor GFIC plugs for me in about 2 hours. Highly recommended. Eric went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with his work.

Chase McClain was the person who did my electrical work in our solarium. He came neat and cleaned cut. Chase worked in a professional manner and fast installation. A job well done. He always checked with me to be sure cosmetically it looked okay. And this I appreciate this very much. I also appreciated that he was kind enough to work with my limited budget. If the timing is right, I believe he should be given a promotion. When he was finished, he made sure everything was tidy up.

We were without heat most of December. At 5:30 AM on the coldest day of the year, I called Mr. Electric expecting to get an answering machine. Sandy answered. She listened. She understood. She cared!

By 11:30 the very same day, Jeremiah had our heater pumping out much needed warmth! It took him about an hour to do the work, pretty amazing considering his hands had to be near frozen working in our frigid, open garage. He never complained about the cold or made us feel guilty. Totally professional.

I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for such a quick response. The company who mis-wired our panel is still giving us the runaround. I’ll be sending them a copy of the receipt Jeremiah wrote up, in which he included a well written description of the original problem.

We got business cards from Jeremiah so that we will always be able to recommend Mr. Electric to our friends.
It was 10 degrees out that night, with an Arctic wind chill!

Great service from start to finish. I never had an issue at all. Chase McClain made sure everything was looked over 2x to make sure there were no issues. After this service I can't wait to get more jobs done around my house.

The electrician, Robert, was on time, polite, and efficient. He walked me through exactly what needed to happen (I was getting an outlet installed for a microwave, but it needed to go on its own circuit). The final cost ended up being less than he originally quoted--I always appreciate knowing they were willing to charge an actual cost instead of just sticking with the higher, original quote. He also let me know about some other things that could use improvements, but didn't pressure me into trying to do anything additional. Overall, I'm happy!

I called and they had same day appointments. I scheduled the following day. The technician was on time and performed the work quickly. I also like that the job was not hourly. I received a flat fee quote prior to work starting. I have already recommended this company to my friends.

Incredibly polite and professional from my initial phone call all the way through to the completion of the task. The electrician was quick to complete the task I requested and patiently helped answer questions that I had about home surge protection, breaker boxes, and conduit. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, kind and he explained different things he was going to check to find the electric problem we were having. He did everything with confidence and fixed the problem for us.

He noticed a switch plate that had broken, which was completely unrelated to my spa installation, but he insisted on fixing it. It was very thoughtful. There weren't any surprise charges. Mr. Electric service technician installed a decorative crystal ceiling fan. The technician was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and completed the installation in a timely manner. I will definitely use Mr. Electric company again and refer this company to anyone needing electrical service. " Kudos" to Drew the service technician.

The tech who came out was very nice. However he admitted he knew he wouldn't be able to help us without a severe cost (3-5K) before coming out. The company then still charged a $50 fee. Would recommend places that offer free appraisals

I called Mr Electric in the morning. The company sent Warren and Rhett who arrived the same day early in the afternoon. The men quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly received the parts needed. They were completely done by 1300. I was amazed that it only took 6 hours from the time I called to a completely fixed electrical system. I am very pleased with the professionalism and competency of this company. I will use them again in the future with future projects and any other problems.

I wanted to let you know that your electrician, Clint Winston, did a great job at our house on Monday. He was highly professional and polite. He carefully evaluated 5 separate electrical jobs that we asked to be done, then told us in detail what it would take to do each, and the costs involved. After we decided on the jobs, he went right to work and stayed until the jobs were done; then he walked us through them to make sure we were satisfied. We could not have asked for better service - Clint is a true professional.

I'd also like to commend your company: I called Mr. Electric Monday morning thinking it might be weeks to get any service, instead: 1. You answered the phone (which is a big deal itself). 2. You said you could be over that same day to give us a quote, and that depending on the work, you would do it that day. 3. You kept us appraised of when Clint would arrive, even sending us a picture of Clint so we would know who to expect. 4. Clint got the work done the same day! even after having to run out for parts.

Contacted the company and was assisted by a lady named Rachel. Very professional and polite and scheduled me an appointment for the following business day. We had a 2 day process. The first day i was met on site by Cody. Very professional, down to earth, knew his electric stuff, lol and the got the ball rolling. The second day I met Anietie (Collins). He was very patient waiting for the city, professional and personable. Slammed dunked the ending process. I am very pleased with every interaction I encountered with this company..... did I mention affordable. I would definitely recommend.

GMaps showed a local place but the number redirected to these folks. No complaints here, quality of work top notch. Needed a ceiling fan installed, and a light fixture troubleshoot. Both taken care of quickly and good quality workmanship. Where they really shined was working with me on price. All above taken care of for $400 after some fair negotiation. In this economy, for a skilled tradesman, seems reasonable to me. Would recommend.

I would definitely both use this company again and highly recommend. I was kept up to date, with courtesy phone calls, regarding my appointment and any delays. The technician that performed my service was very pleasant and professional. He clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it. And he also pointed out another issue I wasn't even aware of. It was something that could have possibly caused more costly problems if not done. And he also fixed that the same day/same appointment. He ran out to get the needed materials/parts and came right back. Overall, it was a great customer service experience.

Kirk was amazing. I always use mr. Electric. Highly recommended. I have been without my 220 outlet for quite a while. He repaired it and did a quick inspection of my breaker box.
