Blue Ribbon came out to my home on time and cleaned the carpets of my home. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They did a thorough job and did not leave a water mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

Our carpet had stains that we could not get off. We wanted to reach a carpet cleaning company but we were afraid of the price. We searched for good reviews on companies and we came across Blue Ribbon Carpet Cleaning. We called them and our carpet looked so much better. It was so clean and we were able to invite people over.

I made some calls looking for a good local owned company to clean the carpets in our new home we were going to moving into. I found this company. I had no trouble reaching them. I spoke with the OWNER. He does the work. I liked his demeanor and info he shared. I set up the appointment to have it done. We ended up getting the keys to our home 3 days sooner then we thought. I called him short notice and he was able to reschedule us sooner and was great about it all. We had a spot on the living room carpet that was dark and we were told was probably a burn. He cleaned it and did a little trimming and G O N E. no extra charge either. If you want a trustworthy company that does good work at a fair price and not have someone where you wonder if the person in your home could even pass a background check. Then call Blue Ribbon. I will be using him again.

Great service! Called him yesterday and he had a cancellation for this morning. He was on time, brought all his own supplies and helped me move some small furniture around. 2nd time we have used Blue Ribbon carpet and will definitely use them again!!

I had gotten oil-based black oil field gunk and drilling mud on my new off-white, baby blue, mint green and light turquoise rug and Erik was able to get it out with no problems. He was communicative and able to come on short notice and his price was very reasonable for the excellent service he provided. He is obviously very knowledgeable and treats the rug/carpet based on the problem, not one-size-fits-all. I called several rug/carpet cleaners and he was the most inquisitive about the problem and determining the solution. I DEFINITELY recommend his services and will use him exclusively again. EXCELLENT SERVICE QUALITY!

This company did a great job cleaning our carpets and couches. We felt like the price was reasonable.
The owner does all the work himself and really cares about the job as well as if you are satisfied with the results. Highly recommend.

Very courteous, personable and professional. Explained about some areas in detail. They first walked through and looked at each room.When I did our research and contacted them, they quickly returned contact. They were very accomodating to our schedule. Our carpet looks great. We had previously used a couple of well known companies and it was like the carpet hadn't been touched.

Blue Ribbon arrived on time and were able to remove 2 pet stains that previous carpet cleaning companies had not been able to get out. After cleaning, carpet looked great & smelled fresh.
