If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our house flooded due to a broken pipe and the entire house was affected. Robert, Veronica, and a helper came out to our house with zero notice and Im so glad they did. They were so fast in getting to our house with all of their equipment that they beat the emergency plumber! Robert and Veronica were true life savers in a situation we have never been faced with before. They told us exactly what to do, who to call and everything. They even helped us find a vet to get our dogs vaccinated and where to board them last minute. Everything was completely taken care of once they arrived. I cannot express how thankful I am for All Action Water Extraction & Carpet Cleaning!

We had our carpet and two shag rugs cleaned yesterday and they did an amazing job! Punctual, professional and very nice people. Prices are reasonable too! They were so kind to accommodate our scheduling request on such a short notice as well. Our carpets and rugs look brand new! We will definitely be using this company long term and I will be referring them to all my family and friends. So glad we used them!

I called them last minute, and they cleaned my carpets the same day. Great thorough process, exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They have a huge truck with all the professional equipment. Robert and Vweonica were fabulous! They were able to respond quickly and were professional and easy to work with. They were able to clean my carpeted rooms and the stained concrete floors in my home. I was concerned about cleaning the concrete due to horror stories involving color loss when cleaned. Their procedure was efficient and did no damage to the stained finish. Great job! Called after another company did a bad job. He showed up 1 hours after I called and did an amazing job! I had him come back and clean our tile and grout as well. Fast, affordable, and very professional! I highley recommend and will be using again!

Robert & Veronica did an AMAZING job on my carpets. I was surprised how they were able to take out existing stains and fluffed my carpet back to life . It looks brand new like when we first moved into our home. I will definitely have them come back out again to clean my carpets. Plus Robert and Veronica are such nice people . Robert & Veronica have been servicing us for 4 yrs cleaning our carpets annually. This year we had freeze damage and Robert advised us on doing an inspection after our pipes burst. We are glad he did, we thought our damage was minimal , further inspection by All Action revealed severe damage. Robert & Veronica came immediately and took care all of our issues effectively. Great company! They did an excellent job on my carpets and were very accommodating with my schedule! They paid close attention to be sure my hardwood did not get wet while they were walking room to room and they had no issues moving around furniture and rugs that I was not able to do myself. Highly recommend and will continue to use in the future!

We have a recliner that was mistaken for a 🚽 in a memory care unit by one of the residents. All Action came to the facility, cleaned, sanitized and deodorized it for us cheaper and quicker than anyone else we checked with. Very, very satisfied and highly recommend their service!

These guys are the greatest! We had a major water leak that ruined most of the hardwood floors. They were quick to respond and extremely courteous and professional. Robert and his crew went above and beyond helping us out. Very knowledgeable and always made sure they didn’t damage anything else. I would highly recommend All Action if you have a water disaster! And don’t forget if you want or need your carpets cleaned! These guys will do an excellent job at getting your carpets looking fresh!

I recently had a flooding in our place. Robert was great in communicating back and forth and coming to my place quickly to provide the services . He was kind and treated my house with care while explaining the details.

I called and this great company came to help me by cleaning rugs that had been soiled by my new pet the same day! They were very professional and did a fantastic job. And they did it just a few days before Christmas! Right after Christmas we had another incident opening Christmas gifts where crumbled black eye shadows fell into my high pile beautiful rug that that had recently cleaned. They came out and spot cleaned it and didn’t even charge when I would have gladly paid. I would highly recommend this great company!

Robert truly went above and beyond our expectations. He went the extra mile and moved our furniture, heavy weights, workout machines, fridge, and oven to get the job well done! First he cleaned our carpet and had our whole house smelling amazing. Then the next day, he came back with his wife, Veronica, to clean our grout and tile, and wow!! Let’s just say they cleaned up all the trapped dirt we’ve accumulated over the years and left our house feeling BRAND NEW—just like the day we moved in!!

Robert was very professional. His work ethic is awesome. His work is very good and he is honest about what needs to be done and very informative... He was quick to come and handle our flooding issues and even cleaned our carpet after the flood. He is very reasonable with his prices and not trying to get over on you like all the other companies I called to handle our flooding issues. Best customer service around town. Robert is super professional and helpful. Our carpet was stained by our pets and did required a second treatment. Robert was more than happy to come back out and clean it again. We highly recommend his company and will use them again when needed.
