They take it from old too new .you can’t help but like their work very very professional. Even goes as far as helping you and let you know how to keep it up most companies don’t do that just take ur money but J&v are a different company they really value their customer. Great job .

Very professional cleaning service. They will listen to your needs and work with you. I ordered the carpet cleaning service from them and they made my carpet looks like almost new. Will recommend to anyone wanting to clean their carpet. Also, the service was very affordable.

This company is awesome and does great work! Very professional and my carpet was cleaned perfectly. He walked me through everything he was doing step by step. I am already booked to do another carpet cleaning in a few weeks!

We were taking bids to clean the house of a family that was going through some hard times with medical issues and housework was not able to be completed. I put the following on Yelp:
“We are looking to send a crew to clean a house for a family where both parents are teachers and the dad has been very sick. The house is very dirty and we are wanting to give them a break. Lots of picking up, cleaning and laundry are needed”

To say that the did an amazing job, is an understatement! Everyone that showed up was professional and eager to get the job done. The house shined from carpets cleaned, window sills wiped down, bathrooms, dusting, base boards cleaned and lots of picking up! We are so grateful for the hard work, positive attitude and great job!

J&V janitorial is incredible. We renewed our lease and ask for help with our floors and carpet. We have a bunch of foot traffic in our Mid-Cities office. We were thinking about buying new carpet or flooring. Now there is no need the kitchen floor looks brand new. The carpets that had three years worth of stains on it they also look brand new. The team is very courteous, professional and efficient. It is wonderful to see a company that has such great service and pride in the work that they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

J&V did an amazing job cleaning our super high windows and ceiling. They showed up right on time and were able to clean up a large dirty spot on our ceiling that’s been driving us crazy for years!! The ceiling looks brand new and so do the windows, which were previously covered in dust and spiderwebs because of their difficult location. We definitely recommend J&V!!!

Charles came out and cleaned our white epoxy floor warehouse. It looked great afterwards. They did a great job and I will be calling him back for future cleanings. Grateful that they did such a great job. Our floor looks new again.

The staff is great and very professional and personal. They take care when servicing office items to ensure no damage and are very conscious of the work g environment when interaction with employees is needed during business hours. Highly recommended.

I have used this company for about 6 or 7 years now. I would not think of using anyone else. Robert and Veronica do a wonderful job on my carpet and tile. Very professional and knowledgeable. A couple of years ago I had red popsicle on my carpet and did not think it would come out but Robert was able to remove it completely. This is a great company to do business with.

They got straight to work as soon as they got to the house, very quick and efficient! They were very friendly and actually seemed to care about doing a good job, didn't act like they were rushed to get to another appointment. My mother and I are extremely happy with their work ( pet stains and spills are all gone, carpet looks brand new! ) so if we ever have another carpet problem, we'll definitely call them again! :-)

We needed our carpets cleaned ASAP. We got online and promptly scheduled an appointment. I love the fact that Robert showed up within 30minutes of our call and what's better is he did a fantastic job. The carpet looks like new carpet. Robert was kind enough to leave two fans to assist in the drying of our carpets due to the moisture in the air after the multiple days of rain. I would strongly recommend All Action water Extraction. I will use them again.
