Advanced Tree Services removed 5 crepe myrtle trees including stump grinding and hauling off; also trimmed and thinned a much overgrown back yard with multiple wax myrtles, yaupon hollies, and other bushes. Frank is very professional and knowledgeable. He came out for a free estimate and spent a lot of time discussing what we wanted to have done and making his recommendations. Then, despite a lot rain, he was able to schedule the work during a very busy spring season. Best of all, his bid was very competitive and beat out two others. Frank and crew arrived on time - Frank likes to be there at the beginning of every job to explain exactly what the customer wants done. The six man crew worked hard and with great teamwork got everything done quickly and it was exactly what we wanted. Looks fabulous and the yard was completely clean when they left - Great Job Guys! We highly recommend Advanced Tree Services and plan to have them back this fall to trim our oak tree. Thank you Frank!

I am so very happy I called Frank and his team at Advanced Tree Services! Frank came out and we walked the property and I explained everything I wanted done. He made notes, and was careful to be clear of our needs. He sent us an estimate and a date for when he could come out and get the job done. Frank is a friendly guy that seems to really care about the health of your trees, as do I, so I was pleased that he didn't want to cut them in to Q-Tip trees. He and his team were punctual, did a fantastic job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! My yard looks beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced for all of your trees needs.

This company is the epitome of customer service. Frank walked my property with me discussing the immediate and future needs of my trees. I was blown away by his knowledge, and kindness but more importantly his honesty. Frank is great but his crew is unbelievable. They cut a huge oak and 3 small/med size trees and were able to get it done in just a couple of hours while leaving my yard in pristine condition. Frank and his team did a phenomenal job on my trees. I have a lot of oaks that needed to be trimmed. The team got right to work, and cleaned up afterwards leaving my yard looking better than when they started. Frank and his team are absolutely amazing! They came to trim a tree that had grown over our swimming pool. They did great by minimizing the mess the leaves made by doing an amazing job both trimming and leaving the area extremely clean. Just a month later we called Frank and his team to trim another tree that was dangerously close to a portion of our home and once again the cost, job and professionalism was amazing! Frank and his team seem to have an artistic quality when it comes to tree surgery. They just added many more years to my beautiful 35-year-old Red Oaks. All his hardworking employees were very professional, experienced and when finished, left the area cleaner than when they started having cleaned the existing leaves and branches as well. Absolutely a 5-star experience with Frank and his crew at Advanced Tree Services. Frank came out to consult on a tree that was in bad shape and provide us an estimate for its removal. He really knows his stuff and was happy not only to talk us through what was going on with the tree, but also offer us advice on how we could care for the other trees in our yard. A couple weeks later when the tree needed to come down, his crew came out and did an amazing job removing everything and cleaning up the area. Outside of the fact that the tree was gone, you wouldn't have known they were there! Highly recommend using this company for anything going on with your trees.

Hiring Frank and his crew couldn't have been a more satisfying experience. First of all, Frank is such a pleasant person to do business with, a genuinely nice guy, but they also did an awesome job trimming all of our 13+ mature trees. I knew the trees could look a lot better than they did, but I didn't really expect them to look like a work of art. I will admit, at first glance, I thought they had trimmed a bit more than I expected, but then I realized it was really just how much dead wood I had been looking at and the necessary cleanup was a startling difference on first sight. I only mention this so others might appreciate the difference with similar experience, instead of getting discouraged. I absolutely love how they look now and I find myself walking outside just to look at them more. We originally bought our house, in part, because of all the trees, and with the help of these guys, it just got even better. And it's not just my opinion. My next door neighbor came over the very next day to comment on what an amazing job they did and ask for Frank's contact information. I did not have need to interact directly with any of the crew, but watching from the window I saw how careful they were working all around our home. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up, leaving everything cleaner than it was when they started. And they left me plenty of wood for firewood just as I had requested. The only issue we had through the whole experience was initially making contact with Frank and getting the estimate done. But if there is any fault to be found it is only with the inconvenient world we all live in now and not because of poor handling. And I'm not mentioning this as a mark against Frank, but only so that others hopefully don't get frustrated with similar experience and instead have some patience. You will not be disappointed. I can't comment much about cost as I don't have anything to compare to. I had read so many positive comments about these guys that I started with them, and then I liked Frank so much and his price seemed reasonable enough that I didn't bother shopping around. With the number of trees we have, you can imagine that the total cost was not inexpensive, but Frank itemized each tree in the estimate and let us decide which ones we wanted done individually. Some of our trees are fairly big and needed a lot of work, but the highest priced one on our estimate was under $400. One last point I want to add is that generally I don't do reviews. Me writing this one is a real indication of how satisfied I am and how much I want Frank and his people to continue to succeed. If all contractors out there would provide the quality of service these guys do, there would be no need for review boards.

I was highly impressed start to finish with How Frank and his team worked. Frank was extremely professional and very personable during the estimate and I felt reassured that he cared about our trees as much as we did. I felt like his quote was more than fair, especially for the work that was completed. He was able to work our project into the schedule relatively quickly which was amazing. His team was on time and left our yard better than they found it. The work itself was handled beautifully and our trees look better for it. I cannot recommend then enough if you are looking for any type of arbor work.

I highly recommend Advanced Tree Service. Frank was quick to provide an estimate and work us in as we were on a time schedule. He is very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations for the trees. He and his team did an excellent job on removing, cleaning and pruning of the trees. They also picked up and cleaned the areas worked in. All were very professional and courteous. We will be using them for any further work.

Today I had Frank and his team of 5 men come out to remove 2 trees and thin branches from a live oak. I had scheduled a free estimate with Frank about 2 weeks ago to discuss our tree needs. He truly is an arborist that has extensive knowledge about trees. His estimate was in line with the job. Today Frank remained on the job site the entire 3 hours. His crew did an amazing job caring for our property and cleaning up everything. The men even created a barrier to make sure my house was not pelleted with flying debris while stump grinding.i can see that Frank truly cares for employees and they in turn show pride in their work. I had a very pleasant experience with Advanced Tree Services and Frank Gutierrez. I had a large tree that had blown down earlier this year on the back of my lot which was going to be a bigger job than I wanted to handle. In addition, I had a large dead cedar tree and much mistletoe in a very large cedar elm. The trees have been cut up and removed, the mistletoe has been removed and I have a pile of mulch for the spring. Frank's crew completed the job quickly and policed up the area. I recommend them highly.

I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Tree Services! We have used them for small job and huge jobs, and we are NEVER disappointed! In fact I would say they always exceed expectations! Frank does a great job of communicating about what needs to be done and how they can get it done. Their prices are competitive, and because their quality is so good, I can say it is even a good value. The crews are very professional and efficient and they never leave a mess. We have had trees removed for disease, and dead trees as well. They have cleared fence lines for us and made pathways on our rural property so that we can drive our tractor through. I was referred to Advanced Tree Services by a lady at a seminar through SaveFortWorth Water.org. I checked Frank’s company website which I found to be professional and informative. I called Frank and I got lucky as he was close by doing another job, so he came by to see the tree I needed trimmed. He recommended what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I chose his company and they did not disappoint. The workers were quiet, focused and efficient. I had some questions and Frank stopped what he was doing and willingly and pleasantly took time to give me answers. The tree had grown so much that it hid the house but when they finished, the tree looked wonderful and enhanced the appearance of the yard and house. I highly recommend Advanced Tree Services!

Huge shoutout to Frank and his team! They knocked it out of the park with their efficiency and attention to detail. Not only did they tackle the main job, but they cleaned up so nicely they also took care of a pile of sunflower stalks I'd been meaning to get around to behind my shop. 😂 Talk about going above and beyond!
