Airwaves had installed a Trane mini-split in my workshop several years ago and a few days ago I notices it was dripping water in the shop. I checked the drain pipe outside and it was draining but very slowly. I called them and set an appointment. They showed up, found the problem to be an accumulation of dirt and sawdust in the drain pan and cleaned it out. They also did some preventative maintenance before leaving. These are great folks - professional and knowledgeable! I have no problem recommended them!

Just had my two loud 16 year old units replaced with one much more quiet & efficient zoned system. Installation was started and completed on time at the quoted price. Great job!

I was very impressed with the service we received at Thomas Square Apartments. The service repairman assessed the situation, cleaned our tenants ac unit, and ordered the part immediately. They were very friendly, professional, and provided great customer service.

They are always on time and arrive when they say they will be there. They send text messages to alert you to their arrival and appointment confirmations. They're pricing is fair. They work quickly and explain what they are doing. There are no surprises. Great company!

Eugene and his team are the best. Our outside unit had a major failure. He and his helper replaced the entire unit, under warranty in 1 day. Fast. Reliable. Would recommend Airwaves to anybody.

I've used Airwaves Air Conditioning and Heating for almost 20 years now. Through 3 homes and a business, they've always treated me like a VIP and been honest and ethical in every aspect of service. I trust them implicitly. The owner, Eugene, is as honest and fair as they come. He's had the same employees for ever, and that says a lot about a company to me, having owned a business myself for decades. If you want someone HONEST and COMPETENT- call them. They'll take good care of you, I am sure. I've referred many people to them over the years because of the level of trust and confidence they've instilled in me over 20 years of service.

Our motor went out, and we probably went through 5 different companies before finding Airwaves. No one else could get the part we needed, they kept saying it was going to be 30-60 days! In this heat, that is unbearable. The owner reached out to us on Facebook after seeing us asking for local company recommendations, and the very next day he found us the part, had it overnighted, and then installed it for us the same day it arrived. I can't recommend them enough!

Took care of problem promptly. Had parts on truck and didn't have to come back the next day or go to the shop for replacement parts. Great job Eugene, that is why we keep you on speed dial.

Eugene came out on a Sunday because our ac had gone out and it was 84 degrees inside. He was quick, super professional and very nice. He got us back up and running in under 3 hours. I would recommend him to everyone!

My heater stopped working along with my nest thermostat. I called Airwaves AVC and they were able to come out that afternoon. It was my nest thermostat that was free from my Solar Co. The technician was able to change the thermostat and get the Heat pump going again.i was amazed by how quickly it went.

This was the best experience I have ever had in getting something installed. Two technicians came out for the appraisal. They spent a lot of time making sure I understood the answers to all of my questions. They were on time for the installation. They were very patient with me when teaching me how to use the system. They were very courteous and respectful of my home and cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend this company.

This business is excellent. They are punctual, experts at what they do, and can troubleshoot everything that comes out way. We've used them for nearly 20 years now. Highly recommend.
