HVAC reviews in Burleson, Texas

This is the worst air conditioning company that I've ever had work on my air conditioning units. They came by a little over 60 days ago and charged me $868 to repair my air conditioning unit. They didn't put on the correct capacitor which burned out my fan motor and burned out some wires. How do I know, I had another air conditioning company come out and look at the unit and their work. It was proven that it was 100% their fault. Then they're going to say they're going to charge me another $946 for not doing their job and charge me for their mistake. The owner did not call me back and he was not willing to make amends or do the necessary repairs that were their fault. Lisa was horrendous to me on the phone when I explained the situation to her was very defensive and unwilling to help. If you looked at their other reviews she has cussed out customers. Not a good way to do business. The owner would not return my phone calls or stand behind his company's work. Shaddy shoddy company to say the least. Go with NexGen Air Conditioning will treat you right and won't charge you double the cost. NexGen Air was kind enough to come out and do the work for half the cost and do it right the first time. I have no hard feelings... I just don't want another customer to have to put up with what I did. My goal is always just to be helpful to others that's why I write these reviews.
Did I mention that they were called another air conditioning company before they went out of business and changed their name because of their horrendous service?

Very happy with the repair that was done on my air conditioner. The service man was on time and very respectful. The outside unit needed a part and he had one on his truck and was able to fix it quickly. It was also low on Freon so he added more. As a bonus, he cleaned the outside unit for me.
Their fees were very reasonable.

We are relatively new to the area and were sent to Williams Precision Air by our contractor, Nick Zuckerbrow, who said "they will take great care of you." He could not have been more right! We have had regular maintenance twice, and I had to call for an urgent matter this week (It's HOT.) They came that very afternoon (a Friday) and took care of the problem right away. Williams provides professional service that you can count on!

We are very pleased with William Precision Air Services. They came out Saturday and diagnosed our issues. We had other techs come out from other A/C companies that would not take the time and find the real issue over a 5 year period... Yes, I said 5 years same on going issues. Very costly... Our unit was just put in 6 years ago and had a coil issues and had rusted our unit due to a leak that was never found by other techs because they didn't do their job correctly. If they would of done their job correctly, we wouldn't had to spend $1600 to replace the unit. William Precision tech found the issue within no time. He explained what happened and how it could be fixed. He took his job very seriously and did it right. If you want the job done right, call William Precision they will get the job done. Thank you William Precision!!

Jeremy and his Helper did an amazing job installing my a/c unit inside and out. And Lisa stayed on top of the company as far as making sure they had all of the parts that was needed. Thank you Guys for all of your hard professional work.
