Michael has done work for me and he is very good at his job. I highly recommend him.

I only did an estimate, the plumber was nice and so was the manager. There was a mishap but it was swiftly taken care of and they did right by us. I cannot thank them enough.

I initially had a frustrating experience with what I believed was an overpriced repair, but after posting a review, the owner reached out to me personally within the hour. It turned out to be a misunderstanding, and he resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I really appreciate how responsive and involved he is with his company. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I’m satisfied with the outcome and would consider using them again based on how the situation was handled.

I was charged over $900 by Superior AC & Heat for a simple capacitor replacement, a part that costs around $20–$30. The technician was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. This kind of price gouging is unacceptable. I won’t be using them again and would caution others to get a second opinion before agreeing to anything.

Absolutely wonderful. Christopher was so kind and understanding. Truly a blessing during a difficult time. Fantastic service, fast and we will definitely be a forever customer.

I reached out to multiple HVAC companies through Google, and out of 8, this was the only one that followed up both by phone and email. They were able to send a technician the same day within a 4-hour window, he arrived right at the second hour, which I appreciated.

The diagnostic fee was $99, but they apply it toward any repair cost if you choose to move forward, which is fair. What really stood out was the customer service, the owner personally followed up within 30 minutes of the tech leaving to make sure everything went smoothly.

Even though I didn’t proceed with the repair for a capacitor I was impressed enough by their responsiveness and professionalism to leave this review. Great service all around!

8-7-25 I noticed a different noise coming from our AC unit not alarming but latter in the afternoon I noticed a gurgling noise and decided to change the air filter as soon as it cooled down a bit. Well by 7-30-8-00 pm I was sitting wondering why I was so hot. I looked at our app and even though the unit was set on 76 it was 81 in the house. So I turned off the unit change the air filter -it was dirty but time wise I still had a couple of weeks but then I saw the condensation on the filter and on the unit. Not good. My sister told me to call the people that helped them and I did . Not long after I called a gentleman named Nash arrived and looked at the situation. I knew that because our unit was 26 years old it was time for it to go. So Nash helped set up an inside and outside replacement first thing in the morning 8-8-25. At about 8-15 a nice man named Luis arrived and was there to start the tear down. He had called his partner Juan to tell me what was needed to get started before Juan arrived with all of the replacements and tools. Juan arrived shortly after and the both of them worked really hard in the hot weather to get the new units in and running in a very timely manner -4 hours. Was awesome and I am now currently very comfortable in my home again. We are very pleased with the service from this company and their employees! Shout out to Juan and Luis—thank you!!!! Thank you Nash for your info and kindness. Thank you to the very friendly ladies that answer the phones for the company. Talked to a couple of friendly people. So if you need AC help. Give them a call!!!

Spencer is great! He had our system back up and running quickly after a little glitch. Highly recommend this company AND Spencer!

What can I say?! Superior AC & Heat literally saved our closing date! The week we were moving out, our A/C units decided to act up, and we had no cold air in 100+ degree heat for several days. After an initial diagnosis by another A/C company, they simply couldn't get the parts we needed in time before we were set to close on our home. Desperate, we called around. No luck. We felt super defeated, but honestly, our very last call was to Superior AC & Heat. A God wink? I think so. Ozzy came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, drove to a parts warehouse to get the parts we needed, and had us up and running same day! The original diagnosis by the previous A/C company was WRONG, by the way. He knew how critically important it was that we get the units fixed so we could close on time. He was the most knowledgeable, courteous and kind individual we have ever had the pleasure to work with. If you want fast, reliable service, call Superior AC & Heat! They will, hands down, treat you like you family.

Had Spencer come out for a free estimate for a service recommended by another company. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need but also let me know all my options. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Spencer by name.

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday. We called and the office and they promptly got back with us. They dispatched Ozzy who came out within the time frame the office designated. Meanwhile they kept us informed all the way, which meant a lot. Ozzy was able to quickly resolve our problem. He was kind and kept us informed as to what needed to be done and how he handled it. Our experience with Superior was great and we highly recommend them. Their knowledge and professionalism were impressive!

The office schedulers, Hannah & Lacy were clearly as professional and kind as I have experienced in a really long time for customer service. A shout out to both of them for helping with our needs today!! 👍
The tech was extremely knowledgeable. Seemed to clearly know his trade and answered all the questions and was prompt and on time. Our invoice and report came within minutes of him leaving. He was very personable with the homeowner and our realtor.

Superior AC & heat was absolutely amazing! Our house AC wasn’t working and with guest over we had 5 kids under 5 and a pregnant woman. They took that highly into consideration and were here in about 30 min after the phone call. They took great care of us. Nash was so polite and amazing. Was very informative on what the issue was and fixed it in a timely manner. Superior AC & heat definitely live up to their name! I would absolutely call this company again for their wonderful service. Thank you so much!

Zeke came out and serviced my system and was very honest and trustworthy with his work and was very reliable with definitely recommend Northside.

Job Well Done:
Our plumber Christopher was very professional. He fixed our leaking sink not only in a timely manner but worked as quiet as possible so the baby could sleep. Amazing . Would definitely recommend!

Moved into our first house had AC checked and needed some repair. Spencer came out and super nice and got everything up and running.
