Explained the process of what he was doing and Answered my endless questions without complaint . Was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. In 2.5 hours Nash was able to fix what 4 appointments with techs from units installing company couldn't. All the stars to him !! Thank you so much !

I want to thank Nash with Superior AC and Heat. My AC went out in the afternoon and the inside temp got up to 82 degrees. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired. So thankful I was able to sleep in a cool and comfortable home. I highly recommend this company.

Purchased a new 4 ton unit. Installed the following day as scheduled. Good Installation, kept everything clean and tidy. 5 days later system shut off due to a drain line being clogged after the installation...called at 530am and a nice lady answered. Explained the issue of the system not working. Tech came out in the 4 hour window allotted and fixed the situation. From the start of the consultation to the service call made today I've nothing but thumbs up about their service. Buy with confidence

My AC had a drainage issue. Jeremy came out and fixed it. We had a knock-off issue later the same day and Jeremy was back out here with another fix. Very friendly, very professional, and everything works. Highly recommend!!

This is an update of a previous review. Mr Rachel the owner of Superior AC and Heat personally paid me a visit to address my previous concerns. By the time he left I had a completely different outlook on the ins and outs of how HVAC units work and the costs associated with these units. He made some changes that gave me a better peace of mind and I really appreciated that. 5 stars all around for Superior AC and Heat. If you want quality and professional service please give them a chance.

Contacted Superior AC&Heat over the weekend and experienced satisfactory phone-based customer service. This review specifically highlights the exceptional service provided by Nash, the AC technician who responded to the weekend service request. Nash demonstrated a high level of expertise and a customer-centric approach, thoroughly explaining each service performed on the AC unit, including the rationale and methodology behind each action.
Nash was quick to respond, to service call. Thank you!!! If needed again (hopefully not), I hope to get Nash to respond the call.

Regarding the recent service, the only area of concern was the pricing of the capacitor provided by the AC & Heat service. However, Nash's performance was otherwise exemplary.

Just have to say that this was my first time using this company and I couldn't be more pleased. Ozzy was the service tech - very professional, extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and found the issue quickly. He explained the problem and the issue in a way that I could understand. He provided recommendations for the repairs with options. When a company provides me options...that is a God-wink. I don't normally give reviews but had to in this case. I highly recommend Superior AC. Thank you again!!!!

Really impressed with Nash our service tech from Superior AC. He has solved each issue we have had flawlessly, and each time provided multiple options to choose from financially. They will continue to be our go to for all of our ac/heat needs.

From the start Bethany was amazing nd friendly she made it so easy nd quick to send a tech out. My tech was Nash very knowledgeable nd thorough with hvac. He helped us thru the process with getting a new unit altogether. He was very pleasant made us feel as we knew him for a long time. Thnx Nash. I really appreciate Ozzy’s professionalism. He was very kind and personable, taking his time to explain the situation with my air conditioner’s over flow valve and other issues. Skip is very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. He was able to fix my plumbing problem without finding any major issues. He’s also very friendly! I give him 5 stars! The company was super quick & it wasn’t an emergency!

The gentleman from superior AC named Nash, was absolutely fantastic!! Not only did he explain to me everything was that was going on, He also explained to me what was needed if the system froze up again. The system had frozen up on me just one time I thought it turned it back on. It worked for a little bit and then Nash came out so he’s just I can’t say enough how awesome he is! The lady at their office I forgot her name but she is so sweet and works her little butt off to get you an appointment same day because she knows how hot it’s been. I tell you what if I ever need and I’m sure I will an AC repair in the in the future, I will absolutely call them; superior heating air conditioning. They get a five from me because Nash is very efficient and so smart, he knew every question that I asked him and he was very polite. I just really like him! So this is for you, Nash, thank you, thank you thank you so much!!!!!! 😊

We entered our phone and email on their callback service, and they called and set up an appointment for the next morning, on a weekend. Once the tech came out, it was found my compressor had finally quit after 18 years. Based on many other reviews and what I felt was a good price for a new system, I didn't shop around like I normally would. They were back out the following morning for a full install. Got it done in one day and the system works great. Jordan and Nando were very professional, so nice, and such hard workers. I felt bad because they didn't even take a lunch break! I would definitely use this company again and feel like I've finally found a company I can rely on if there is ever a future problem. Thanks so much Superior AC!

I called Superior AC, Heat and Plumbing. They were great! They were fast and reasonable. The guy was real nice and knew exactly what he was doing. After months of plumbers that didn't really do what needed to be done, and of course all of them wanted to do Slab Leaks. So, 3 Slab Leaks supposedly fixed, and several thousands of dollars, I finally called Superior Ac, Heat and Plumbing. The guy knew exactly what to do. Thank you Superior AC, Heat and Plumbing!! Please come give me an estimate on renovating my bathrooms!

Our AC went out on Saturday night and Sunday morning I called multiple places that said they serviced our area, only to get a call back saying they don't service our area. I finally called Superior they got somebody out that day, with in a couple hours....Ozzy C. Was great! Super helpful and knowledgeable....will recommend and use in the future!

I needed a water valve repaired for my ice maker , I called the office spoke to Lacy, within 35 min. my doorbell rang ! It was Chris . He reviewed what was recommended , had to go get a part , 6:30 job complete ! Very happy !
