I am impressed with Cool Climate's service their staff is professional, kind and punctual. You can tell that they want to be your go to provider for A/C and Heat Service. They were there when I really needed them during the last ice storm so of course I called them for for my preventive maintenance. My system uses an extra large filter and previous companies I called never had it with them. Their tech did. They seem to always want to impress. I plan to keep using them in them in the future. I recommend them for your A/C and Heat Service. You will not regret it.

You really can't get better than Cool Climate. We've had them out several times including a whole new system and they are super, super fast to come out. I called at almost 10:30pm tonight and the gentleman that answered literally said he'd be right there. When they installed our new system, it was next day! YOU CANT BEAT THAT!! ❤️

We have used Cool Climate for a few years now and have always had a great experience. We’d been having issues with one of our units and the owner Carl came out on his day off to see what was going on. To say this man went above and beyond doesn’t seem to cover what this man did!! We ended up needing a new unit and he made sure to take care of us!! The professionalism, dedication and quality of work was amazing! We will continue to use Cool Climate for as long as we own our home and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I came home from work to a hot house. It was a little after 5, and I was leaving for a trip the next day. I called Cool Climate based on a recommendation on the local next door app. They waved the after hours fee and a tech was at my door in less than an hour. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had my system cooling less than 2 hours after I got home, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for being quick, efficient and most of all HONEST!

Great service, great timing, didn’t try to hassle with pricing. Quick, friendly, and didn’t break the bank. Will use again if needed and would recommend to friends or family. We had been having issues with our ac for a while and ended up needing the outdoor unit replaced. Also added a 2nd intake in our master bedroom and the airflow is great. Way better than before, even before the ac started going out. Thanks guys!

Second time using them. I love how quick they are to respond. I think I had the same tech both times. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my home and property, and worked fast without trying to sell any unnecessary services. Fair pricing and good customer service is getting hard to find, but this company is great. I highly recommend them.

The people at Cool Climate are great! I met several of them during my recent AC failure and were they ever speedy. Dave, a technician was great, explained everything and allowed me to see the test results. The next day the installers were back to me first thing and did a great job. When it came time to work with our insurance, Janet helped multiple times to get the documentation just right, which then sailed through the adjusters quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very much recommend them!

Carl and his team offer the best transparent work out there. They have really been there when we needed them from small diagnostics, to fixing our unit. If you're looking for an honest AC company that will treat you well and get the job done right-call them!

We contacted Cool Climate for an AC tune up. The staff was very professional and notified us when the technician was on the way. Russell arrived right on time and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our units are functioning at highest efficiency. He found several issues which were corrected and we expect to see a reduction in our electric bill. We are very pleased with Russell’s professionalism and service and highly recommend Cool Climate.

I called after hours and they were able to send a technician out quickly, so I willingly agreed to the after hours charge, which almost doubled the cost. ($175)

When the technician arrived he was able to quickly identify it was an electrical issue, which I did appreciate, but he then suggested my dad change the breaker. I let him know he died 20 years ago, so that isn’t an option. He recommended an electrician.

He called his boss to see if they could lower the cost since he was only at the house for maybe 5 minutes and there was no resolution. His boss declined.

The motto is “ QUALITY, HONESTY, INTEGRITY” according to their website. I unfortunately would beg to differ that this was not integrity. I would have no problem with the cost of paying overtime for the technician, but $175 seems extreme given the circumstances. I was confident when I called because they promise “Quick and reliable repair services for any HVAC issues you may encounter.” I, however, was not able to have any repair services done.

Another local HVAC company was able to step in save the day. They came out the same evening, charged me less for the service call ($120), and were able to diagnose and actually repair the problem. I went to bed that night in a warm house.

I did call to provide feedback and give an opportunity for resolution. There was no answer. I felt that the boss declining to lower the fee already showed where they stood on the transaction.

I caution you in choosing this company. I do not recommend if you are looking for a company that cares about the client over the bottom dollar.

AC quit working this evening (Sunday). Called and Carl came right out. Fixed the problem within minutes. Best customer service I’ve ever had!!!

My mom and I are clients of Cool Climate, they have installed and serviced our unit for years. I highly recommend the company, their customer service never disappoint. The owner is and has always been extremely helpful. On our service today the technician Russell, Daniel and Juan were very personable, knowledgeable & thorough. Editing after using Cool Climate for a second time - my 5 star rating still stands. Samantha took my call and was able to get me scheduled same day. Ty came out just a bit later, and had me up and running again in no time! Cool Climate really does go above and beyond for their customers!!

I’ve used this company since 2022. In 22 I replaced the contactor, in 2023, fan motor, in 24 regular service. And today, another fan motor. All together I’ve spent 1464 with this company including today. I keep telling them that something is going on with the overall unit but they say nothing else is wrong. I will see if I have to call them for a major repair in less than 2 years. Because this is abnormal behavior for a unit that’s not that old. 2016.

We’ve been using Cool Climate for a little over a decade and they are always fabulous! Not only do they have incredibly responsive service, they are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very fairly priced. They even provide same day weekend service.

A Lifesaver! Saved Me $2,500!

I can't thank Carl and the team at Cool Climate enough for their honesty and professionalism. Another company came to my house and tried to practically sell me a whole new system, complete with a long list of costly parts and repairs.

Thankfully, Carl took the time to carefully inspect everything and had my heat back on in under 5 minutes—saving me over $2,500!
