Diagnosed and repaired leaking main water line at my property. The work was started around 7pm. The technician (James Hall) was very knowledgeable. It was a tedious work, not to mention working in darkness, and James was very patient trying to identify the location of the leak which required to dig a foot deep holes underground. After digging two places, we found the leak near the meter where the spinkler system was attached to.
James replaced the broken pvc pipe, and the problem was resolved. I am very pleased with the results. Please thank James for his great work!!!

These guys are a small family owned business and have a great team! The owner is honest and hard working and personally called me to help me out with an issue I was having. You can tell the owner and his crew really care about the quality of work and are willing to listen. The plumber, his name was Skip, was extremely experienced, patient, and explained everything that was in the estimate and did right by us. He also knew how to crack a good joke! Even the clerk who made the appointment (I believe her name was Crystal) was kind and personable and worked with my crazy work schedule to get a plumber to us.

I haven't personally used this business for AC issues yet, but with the way they handled our plumbing, I would call these guys first.

My AC went out on a hot day, I called Superior after seeing their great reviews. Nash showed up in under 30 minutes, which was a shock, I’m not used to that kind of quick response!
He was super professional, friendly, and had my AC fixed fast!! I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything too. Great service all around, highly recommend this company, and especially Nash, top-notch service!

Lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She couldn't answer all of my questions so she had one of the plumbers call me which was amazing. It was his day off and he took the time to talk and help me out. They seem like a genuine nice company. I ended up using them over the original company I had used at the beginning of my plumbing issues. They gave me a cheaper price for it too!
My husband and I bought our first house together about five years ago.
We were constantly having plumbing issues due to it being an old home.
Unfortunately for us our main line broke in two different spots and we were quoted 12 grand from another company.
Superior Plumbing and AC came out to our home for free to check things out and quote us 9 grand. It's definitely a lot cheaper than what we were being told from other companies. Not to mention other companies were wanting $350+ just to come out to give us an estimate.
One of plumbers even called me on their day off to help answer any and all questions.
They seem like a really stand up company who cares about their clients.
The woman who answers the phones is also super nice and caring.
Overall they've hit things out of the park for us.

Cool Climate came out within an hour of calling them on a Friday night just around 6. The gentleman fixed the part quickly and the charge was a lot less then I had expected. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have already used them as well and were very pleased. Great Job Cool Climate!

Cool Climate went above and beyond! The AC at my rental property was not working properly and Janet offered to speak with the tenant to see if she could reset the whole system before having a technician come out. She spoke on the phone with my tenant even after business hours! Unfortunately, the AC was still not working so I was able to call them the next day to let them know and Amanda had a technician at the house in 15 to 20 minutes! I was very impressed and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Very professional, kind, prompt and well priced! I would definitely recommend using Cool Climate. Highly recommend, Cool Climate! We had the unfortunate event of our AC going out with our heater not too far behind it this past November. We got great equipment at a fair price! These guys took care of us, they came to our home quickly and we had a whole new HVAC system within a matter of hours.

A power surge caused my AC to go out. After trying everything I could think of, I searched for a AC repair thread on the local burleson residents FB. Because the Google search was OVERWHELMING.

I found one with a lot of recommendations for Cool Climate Air Conditioning & Heating.

I called them to come out for a service repair/ replace my capacitor. I figured the power surge fried it. I had already checked the unit, blower, temps in the vents, and the copper suction lines. I could tell that my capacitor was not running.
Janet answered the phone and after a brief discussion she helped me troubleshoot and offered a solution. She still placed me in the queue and said she would have someone out within the hour if it didn’t work. She stayed on the phone with me while I ran tried other solutions and her recommendation ended up working and saved me $$ from a service charge!!!!

I told her how much of a blessing she was… saved my day.

They were AMAZING. We had waited 4 days for a "friend" to come look at our problem, and we gave up. Another friend recommended Cool Climate so I gave them a call. After troubleshooting with Janet, she sent the crew over and they were there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that, they had fixed the issue and we were cooling off! It was crazy fast & way affordable! We will be calling them again for our A/C needs in the future.

I was having issues with my air conditioning unit leaking water and could not locate the air filter, as I do not have any experience dealing with such things. I called Cool Climate in the morning and immediately spoke with Janet, who was able to advise me entirely over the phone and walk me through a filter check and replacement, as well as how to perform a proper defrosting on the system. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and even saved me from having to send a technician out. I was able to get the filter changed and the problem was fixed after she took her time walking me through the process. She did not want to charge me for a tech if it was a simple filter problem that could be resolved on my own. Janet even scheduled me with a technician for the same day just in case the filter and the defrost did not solve the problem. These folks are extremely friendly and helpful and didn't charge me a dime to help me with my issue over the phone. I did not pay for any services or have any services performed, but I highly recommend this company solely based on their professionalism and how knowledgeable they are. A big thank you to Janet and all at Cool Climate for the wonderful customer service you provide.

Cool Climate is an exceptional AC/Heating company. Customer service is their forte. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Carl, the owner, came out and talked with us for at least an hour about our options. He answered numerous questions, and explained everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable. We ended up getting a new AC/Heating unit for less than what we were expecting. Carl's crew is great. They installed the next morning. They explained everything and cleaned up when they were done. Carl came to check on us the next day, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Cool Climate.

Cool climate did a great job. I called them first thing at 8am and they had someone out by 930am. Ty did a wonderful job and had my ac running again within 10-15 mins.

A couple of months ago I saw the Cool Climate truck in my neighborhood and took note of the company so that if I had any issues, I'd call them. My AC went out last night so I called Cool climate as soon as they opened this morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Russell did a great job answering all of my questions and looking over everything for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that he had a motor on hand and was able to install it. I can't thank you guys enough!

It's the start of Summer and no one ever wants their A/C to be broken. Even though we panicked and tried to anticipate that something didn't appear to be working correctly, Carl came out and showed grace and patience while he checked our unit. He didn't find anything wrong, but took the time to give us peace of mind that if something happened, he'd be here to help. Amazing company! I called to discuss my AC not cooling, they put me on the schedule for the same day but also tried to fix it over the phone. The lady was so helpful, asked me lots of questions and then told me some things to try first in order to troubleshoot. Sure enough it worked! And we were able to cancel the appointment. They were so helpful discussing my system over the phone, even discussed which filters they recommended buying down the road. Overall was very impressed and appreciated they saved me money by talking be through it myself. I will definitely be using them for maintenance and if more serious issues arise down the road.

We've tried a number of local HVAC companies but after calling Cool Climate, we will NEVER call anyone else. The first time I called they were here in about 8 minutes!!

Our upstairs A/C died and we went a couple years without it because of the cost to get it fixed. They were the only company who actually explained how to pay for a big repair interest free. That was a huge help and allowed us to finally get it fixed!

Cool Climate was a lifesaver!!!! We had been getting jacked around badly by home warranty First American and the AC company they sent. Had been without AC since end of March, getting the run around. We finally canceled the service and called Cool Climate. Russel was at our house the same day and in LESS than 24hrs we had a brand new total AC system!!!
