Constraction reviews in Canutillo, Texas

Called a few different companies to take a look at a small roof leak. They were the first to come out and I was glad they did. Went ahead and cancelled the other appointments. They came out and inspected my roof. Gave me a more than reasonable estimate including pictures of different spots on the roof that needed work. Took me up to show me and gave me a few different options. Went with the option Mr. Soto recommend. Gave him the ok and scheduled me the very next day. Extremely professional from start to finish. My go to company from here on out!

My wife and I are very pleased to write this review concerning the work that EP Construction Group did when replacing our roof. Israel and Alex provided us with a detailed estimate of our roofing needs and they and their crew provided timely, accurate, and quality service throughout the whole process. This is the third time our roof has been replaced due to weather issues but our first time using EP Construction Group. What set them apart from other companies used in the past was their impeccable attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work performed. We have no doubt that if future needs arise, we will confidently call upon EP Construction for help.

Israel & the El Paso Construction Group did an outstanding job restoring our house after some severe flood damage to the walls, baseboards, etc.
Thanks,
Johnny & Nita Hudson

They did excellent work and talked me through the precess. I am very happy.

Israel was very professional and answered any questions that I had about the roofing services. I am very happy that they were able to do the job right away with no delays. I will be recommending their services to family and friends.🙂

This roofing company is exceptional. Very professional from start to finish. They worked with the insurance company and me to iron all problems before starting and there were no extras afterword. They're efforts on cleanup were amazing. The entire crew and owner were very courteous and professional. They show up on time and get the job done on time.

Where to start, if I could give 10 stars I would. This roofing company is at the pinnacle of roofers in El Paso. The Most professional and dependable roofers there are
Alex and crew were on time everyday, there was no horseplay, they just came in and did the job and did it right. The crew was amazing and friendly and knew their job. My new roof gives my house a new curb appeal, and with products used I know it's going to last a long, long time, they used all GAF products to make it a complete GAF roof system, and they are GAF CERTIFIED INSTALLERS, so you get added protection. They have a customer for life thanks Alex and Crew, and a special shout out to Israel the owner, love my new roof.

The staff of EP Construction Group was very professional, dependable, and efficient. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and their expertise. We particularly appreciated that they brought their own port-a-john and complete the project within the timeline specified. Thank you to Alejandro who kept us in the loop every step of the way and Israel for his initial response. We would highly recommend EP Construction Group for any and all projects. Follow them on Instagram for some great tips and content.

This company is AMAZING!!! Very informative, kind AND helpful! They do a great job and have compassion for the customer. I definitely will use them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends and family!

El Paso Construction was very professional and their people did a very good job. They were on time, communicated well during the process and the roof looks good (and doesn’t leak). Overall, I’m very satisfied.

EP Construction Grp replaced my roof last year and did a great job! The workers were professional; they layed tarps all around my home and picked up all debris and trash from their work. They have come several times since installation last year to conduct inspection for any settling, separation or roof expansion that needed sealing due to hot and cold weather changes, without my calling them. They contacted me and scheduled these roof inspections at no charge! I would definitely recommend this family run business!!

I contacted El Paso Construction Group due to a roof leak. Israel provided a comprehensive estimate at a fair price. He provided his expertise and honesty in the repair process. He repaired our roof leaks and provided photos and video of his discovery. His crew then repaired the drywall and repainted the ceiling perfectly. I highly recommend EP Construction Group to anyone needing a professional, honest and attentive company. I will also look forward to future contracts to improve our home. Awesome work!

Had a great experience getting my roof repaired after a storm! The owner and employees were all friendly and did an amazing job at explaining the repairs step by step! Highly recommended!

Edit: On top of having an amazing experience the first time around, EP construction continues to amaze me! They come by once a year to check on everything and to make sure that our roof is doing well. They are an incredible business!

I am glad I contacted El Paso Construction Group - Roofing. I have nothing bad to say about this company. They have been very helpful and supportive. I do not need to contact them for anything. They stand by the warranty they offered me for the roof. They have an Outstanding Customer Service.

Great customer service! Very humble and hard working people!!! Again, we had the misfortune of needing a roof and substantial repair of the home interior with water damage of my daughter’s home! The performance of EP Construction is one that we cannot find the words to describe it.They give you high quality work with honesty and the utmost transparency! ! Wow!!

Wonderful all around. Great communication and work. I never had any questions on what was going on or when things would be taking place. Work was done quickly and without issue. Highly recommended.

Professional and thorough. I got timely estimates and they communicated throughout. They respected my timeline and budget.

Honestly so happy with the job they did. From the first inspection to the finished product, they have been open, honest, and super understanding. We have never had to have a roof replacement before. So obviously we had lots of questions and we didn’t hesitate to ask them. They were always super supportive, and knew what they were doing. It didn’t matter if we had insurance questions, product questions, or just asking for updates; they were always on point. The workers were awesome, friendly, and most of all efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of our property, kept us informed on what was going on and handled everything like professionals. I could not have asked for better customer service.

100% would recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend this Group. We are an animal clinic on the westside that had an emergency when the winds blew a large tree on our roof. Israel and his team responded fast and had us back in business immediately. Definitely calling on them for any construction needs in the future.

This is my fourth amazing experience with EP Construction. They came to do a warranty repair and as always they did a professional and quality job!

Always exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction! They have earned our trust and confidence in their work!
