Constraction reviews in Canutillo, Texas

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el equipo, los precios son los mejores que encontre en el paso y son muy profesionales en todo momento, desde el inicio del proyecto hasta terminar y en cada seguimiento posterior que he solicitado!

This guys turned my backyard from being a dirty trash to a great place for kids and friends. They co-installed me a pool with great amenities and a beautiful BBQ grill zone with TVs. The price was really great in comparison of all the contractors that gave me a quote. The selection of my turf was more than perfect. You should really give them a shot with your backyard.

We had our initial meeting to go over what we wanted in a pool and landscaping and the meeting was great! Told us we would get our quote back in about a week and a half. That was at the end of August. That time came and went and never heard back from the guy we originally spoke to. We kept reaching out and reaching out and no one ever returned calls or texts. Then the guy we met with called and apologized for how busy he’s been and we scheduled a time for him to come out and go over our quote with us...he never shows. And then never calls or texts us back. Finally connected again and says that he will email us our quote. Well. It’s almost the end of September and we never received anything and I’ve been reaching out continuously. Their customer service has been AWFUL.

I was introduced to EPC Family that my insurance last year, all players were very professional, trustworthy, respectful, hard workers team. Just lately this year I had some cement landscape in our backyard done by the team of EPC again. They are my number one my list, I will continue to help them through networking, as they had helped me , 100 percent recommendation. Whenever your needs are remodeling , general repairs or any construction needs.

Although I appreciate the quick estimate, the quote I was sent referenced a photo that wasn’t even my roof! It was the same color shingles but someone else’s house. Beware of being mislead! Confirm the damage you actually have. After questioning the photo provided in his estimate, Israel back peddled and admitted he used a stock photo to describe the damages found. He then offered to demonstrate the photos of the actual findings of my property(only after I questioned the initial photo). I will be reaching out to the Texas Statutes of contracting and questioning what estimating regulations are in place to protect the consumer. More to follow…

Finding reliable and efficient services like EP construction offered is hard to find nowadays. But let me tell you we were beyond satisfied with the customer service and service offered. They are a family owened business, the way they took care of our needs and concerns, really feels like they are a family team. They are willing to go beyond to work with insurance claims. I can honestly certify, that in the future they are my go to company for any service.

Our experience was GREAT! Israel sent estimate promptly I was sent a reminder a day before the work was actually to be done. The workers showed up promptly and cleaned tihe area everyday .

They are fast friendly and they explain everything that they will be doing before they do it... They repaired our roof... Also they did an amazing job repairing our fence... I look forward to utilizing their expertise and service should a need arise in the future... Thank you again to Israel, Sr. Soto, Alex and the rest of your crew...

Great company to work with. Prompt, courteous, professional, and experts at what they do. I would highly recommend these folks for any interior work you may require, be it sheet rocking, painting, plastering, repair or remodel.

We were very pleased with the roofing job that EP Construction Group did for us they were very professional and completed the work in timely manner Israel and Alex where very helpful in working with us THANK YOU EP CONSTRUCTION GROUP

Excellent job! Asked if the team could come out and take a look at the problem and was able to get a same day appointment. Estimate for the work was sent the next day and repair was scheduled immediately after...for the same day! So from reporting the problem to having it looked at, diagnosed, and repaired took less than 48 hours! Very happy and the only roofing company I'll use or recommend moving forward! EP Construction Group - you got a customer for life!

Israel and his group are very professional and responsible. They are always on time for scheduled appointments and get the job done with high quality.

Isreal and his crew were a professional group. Honest, transparent and quality work. I would highly recommend his team for your next roof. Involved through the whole process!!! Great company!!!!!

Great service! Timely and with good communication.

As before, EXCELLENT. I was notified someone would be coming over to conduct a roof maintenance to our home.
Even though I didn't have to be home, I was, and the gentleman who came over did a thorough job inspecting our roof and doing what was necessary to prevent future damage due to weather temperatures changes.
Thank you El Paso Construction Group!
YOUR COMPANY IS A GREAT ASSET TO OUR CITY!!!

Our whole family and myself, Hilda H. were very pleased from the very first time EPCG came to examine our roof condition, and presented us with their top of the line and wide array of material options. It was quite impressive how each one of them (especially owners & assistants) carried themselves professionally without putting any pressure, and how willing they were to inform and extend their expertise unconditionally. It was all of the above that led us to meet as a follow up, with Mr. Israel Soto to further inquire about questions regarding the hard copy information he left with us. That information on pamphlets looked so unreal and unlike any others, that we needed to verify all that for good. We did. Mr. Soto patiently answered (for way over an hour!) all of our questions and doubts with sufficient proof i.e. videos, samples of previous work, etc. We left his office convinced and ready to do business with them.
The rest is history, EPCG proved to be the best in town from beginning to end. Their crew is well prepared, respectable, and always willing to answer your questions, even while on task.
EPCG's team provides our city and surrounding areas with what our homes and businesses need most, reliability and sustainability. Thank You EPCG. Keep up the Great Work!!

We were treat it with a lot of respect and courtesy very professional and they were able to fine the problem and fixed it. We are confident to recommend it to other people,
