Got a call from Chris the day they were supposed to show up. Pretty much talked himself out of a job probably because they are out of Lubbock and didn’t want to drive to Roswell. He wanted to do an assessment over the phone instead of showing up at the original set appointment. I really needed your help too. Don’t worry I'll never call you guys again. I’ll call your competitor, which is in town and probably cost the same. Grab a straw cause you suck buddy.

I have been having a problem with infestation left behind from a former roommate. I’ve tried everything I could think of and nothing was working. I was referred to the company Bug Out Pest Control for help with the matter. I recently signed up with them and they have been great. I have mainly worked with Bobby, who has proven to be very efficient and attentive to my concerns and helping to make sure that set concerns are being resolved. Thus far, I am quite happy to have found this company, and I truly truly think Bobby for his help in getting the problem taken care of.

Have had service for about a year now and is well worth it. Keeps all little bugs at bay, safe for our kids and animals, and they come as needed without me having to make an appointment. Bobby is especially friendly and helpful.

Have used Bug out services for quite a few years. Chris is our usual guy. I highly recommend them. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional, polite and trustworthy. We recently added weed control and We are pleased with that service as well.

Chris is very professional and curtesy. Explains everything he’s doing before starting the job. He also explains anything he finds that needs to be addressed. Example: there was a crack on the stucco from the gas line. Definitely recommend this company.

Chris was our Technician today, and he was great. He texted to confirm the date and texted again to let me know he was on his way. He also answered texts, no robo-texting. Chris was professional, friendly and thorough. He took the time to understand concerns and explain things I can do as well. He went above and beyond when I told him the beetles have been a problem for years as well as taking care of other potential problems like ants.

We just started with Bug Out and I was completely satisfied with the service. Bobby was enthusiastic and went out of his way to debrief me after he finished servicing our apartments.
