Reviews of local pros in Canutillo, Texas

Some of our trees needed pruning and a newly-planted tree in the backyard was not thriving. Immediately evaluated them and gave appropriate advice on how to take care them. Reasonable price! It's really obvious that they really care about the trees.

I hired the El Paso Arborists to get rid of a stump that was threatening to crack a concrete slab in my backyard.

Initial contact was responsive, communicative, and friendly.

The quality of work was outstanding. They did the job, cleaned up after it was finished, and even helped me get rid of some branches I had from trimming a while ago.

Overall 10/10 customer service and quality of work. I highly recommend this business.

We have used this arborist on many occasions and are always very pleased with the work! The team is professional, thorough, courteous and skilled. We would recommend their services to anyone!

El Paso Arborists were the best with customer service! From first contact to setting up an appointment, they were very friendly and helpful. And they did an excellent job with pruning a large tree in my yard. I was encouraged to contact them if I had any issues. I highly recommend them!

I used this professional company to remove two huge trees. Jacob the owner was very responsive to giving me a quote and coming to my property to check out the trees despite him being very busy. We were very undecisive in cutting down these trees due to emotional attachment/overall not wanting to remove any trees, but Jacob was very patient and provided us his expert opinion. The trees ended up being hollow in the inside and was more of a liability than anything.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to cut their trees down in a fast and clean manner. They make sure to take care of your property and think ahead of everything. 10/10

Tree Experts

Was looking for someone who was a certified arborist and insured. El Paso Arborist were both. They came out and assessed situation, set up an appointment to do work and came back at the set time. Good communication, very professional, would highly recommend.

Great team!!
Had a 40 year old oak trimmed. Very efficient, professional. The work they accomplished looks amazing. Important that you use a company that knows what to cut without compromising the tree!!
Highly recommended!!

El Paso Arborists did a great job with our huge mulberry tree, as well as grinding down several stumps we had, and the removal of a dead vitex tree. They were very professional, and even did a wonderful job cleaning up. My husband and I can’t recommend them enough.

El Paso Arborists did a great job. He initially came out to see my tree and the break and recommended best course of action. Provided a schedule and stayed in communication. They showed up this morning and by lunch had my huge tree cut down and removed. Professional and very clean and organized. My friend had used their services and recommended them to me!

They did a great job on my mulberry tree. They were very professional and have all the machinery, tools and knowledge needed to take down a tree in a tight spot next to a building and a neighbor. I would highly recommend. Hard to believe there was a massive tree in the spot they worked on.

I am so happy to have found El Paso Arborists. They are so nice and professional, brought me a load of wood chips so that I could continue my gardening. If you need wood chips or any other service, this is the company. They were even able to place the chips exactly where I need it. Thank you so much El Paso Arborists for such great service!!!

I hired this pros to remove a tree branch that was dangerous overhanging my roof. The service was great, professional, neat, and fast.

Jacob has great people skills and I can tell he runs his business superbly.

I strongly recommend their services y'all. Don't wait for the high winds to affect and damage them trees and ultimately your home.

El Paso Tractor and Tree are amazing. Very professional service. They cut down 2 huge pecan and trees and ground the stumps.
Jacob and his crew are friendly and mindful of your property. We asked for the wood shavings which they neatly blew into a pile. They clean up after themselves.
I would highly recommend this company as well as us them again.

I can’t say enough good things about this crew. They planted a large number of trees on my property — and we’re talking about brutal terrain with solid mountain rock and caliche. They handled it like true professionals, with the right equipment, incredible work ethic, and deep knowledge of exactly which trees would thrive here.

They sourced beautiful, healthy trees at great prices, planted everything with care and precision, and made sure the site was left spotless. The whole process was unbelievably fast, convenient, and affordable — far better than I expected for the quality of work.

If you want experts who know what they’re doing, work efficiently, and truly care about the job, this is the team to call. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their landscape the right way.

Jacob and his team were very thorough, attention to details, clean and safe. I had several other quotes but prefer Jacob and his team. They have done 3 other jobs for me in the past and I have them lined up for another the first of next year for 3 full Pines removal.

So glad I found the help I needed for pruning my mesquite trees correctly. I recommend El Paso Arborist Tree Service. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and good people.

They did a fantastic job pruning a very large ash, great cleanup after. Very professional. Their head man explained some things that are helpful to improve watering results. He explained why he took some limbs and not others. Wealth of information. Outstanding!

I had a great experience with El Paso Arborists! Jacob reached out to me after a Facebook post looking for help with my Arizona Ash tree, came by the very next day, and gave me honest, professional advice on how to save my trees. He even did a little work on the spot just to help my tree. When they were able to come out and take care of the entire job, they were on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated their clear, knowledgeable guidance. Thank you for saving my tree! I highly recommend them for anyone needing expert tree care!

I hired Jacob to remove a tree at my house that was leaning. While they were removing the tree fell through the house. Jacob is refusing to pay damages or return my phone call !!!!!!

Message them for mulch and they responded back quickly. I asked for a smaller load if possible, understanding they can't promise that, but they came through! Perfect amount for my yard! Called right before delivery, took the picture of where they were going to drop it off. Will hire them in the future to trim my trees. Thank you!

We recently had a significant amount of landscaping done at our home (by a contractor). After some time, our trees were not looking as good as we had hoped. It was at that point we decided it was time to call Jacob. During our initial visit, he spent more than one hour with us, talking to us about the health of each of our trees. Unfortunately, we received some bad news from Jacob. Many of our trees on this planted and we’re struggling a result. Many of our trees had been planted too deep and were struggling. he put together a very reasonable proposal to help our trees reach their full potential. He brought his crew out, and they did amazing work on all our trees, making sure that we know exactly what we needed to do to properly care for our trees. Now it’s time has passed, our trees are all thriving and doing far better than we ever expected. We are now so excited about what is possible, we have already scheduled a visit for him to come out in the spring time to advise us on more trees that we want.Thank you, Jacob.
