Pool was very dirty previous company could clean it so i called Sparklean they came by and clean the pool few days later it was back to normal. Excellent work and customer service! Will definitely recommend!!!

Even though we didn't go with SparKlean Pool Service, Gabriel was very friendly, informative/communicative, and provide references (which were very good and helpful).

They come out every week to clean my pool and I have an alge build up, the pool guy dumps the debris by my pool equipment instead of the trash can and on top of all that today i had to spend hundreds of dollars getting my filter cleaned, pump replaced and salt cell removed and cleaned because they failed to let me or my wife know there was an issue before or got worse. Below is just 3 spots and this is after I started scrubbing it myself

I wish there were more stars to give Gabriel. He is extremely professional and courteous. I live near Austin and have a rental home in El Paso. My pool is truly the pool from hell and getting it back to being clear has been an ongoing process. ANYONE else would have given up. I am so thankful to have found him! Had a pool pump go out. Gave them a call. They came the next day to fix it and worked with me on the payment. They redid the PVC pipe job that someone did before and made it better. My pool works again. These guys were nice and did the job fast and efficient at a good price,

Poor service. The technician turned our water on for the pool, left it running for 16 hours non-stop, flooded our entire backyard, costing us nearly $200 in water bill and landscaping work. The company offered one complementary cleaning and refused to offer another after several attempts to contact them as well as messages left, and having to call with alternative phone line. Highly dissatisfied. Make sure to check out the Yelp reviews and see that this is not just an isolated incident.

My pool was extremely green from lack of maintenance, so I decided to get a pool person since I don't have the time. I called Gabriel from Sparklean and he came over before the time he said he would, he was very polite and friendly. He explained to me how much the fees were going to be, so I agreed(with out contract) and he started service at my house. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with his work and I would vouch for him and his company.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge of pool maintenance displayed by Gabriel and his staff. Our previous service came weekly, utilizing large amounts of chemicals we had to purchase, but algae problems got worse and the pool became increasingly stained. Sparklean knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and the pool has been great ever since. Also, the chemicals are included in the price.
