Reviews of local pros in Canutillo, Texas

Great customer service! Very humble and hard working people!!! Again, we had the misfortune of needing a roof and substantial repair of the home interior with water damage of my daughter’s home! The performance of EP Construction is one that we cannot find the words to describe it.They give you high quality work with honesty and the utmost transparency! ! Wow!!

Wonderful all around. Great communication and work. I never had any questions on what was going on or when things would be taking place. Work was done quickly and without issue. Highly recommended.

Professional and thorough. I got timely estimates and they communicated throughout. They respected my timeline and budget.

Honestly so happy with the job they did. From the first inspection to the finished product, they have been open, honest, and super understanding. We have never had to have a roof replacement before. So obviously we had lots of questions and we didn’t hesitate to ask them. They were always super supportive, and knew what they were doing. It didn’t matter if we had insurance questions, product questions, or just asking for updates; they were always on point. The workers were awesome, friendly, and most of all efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of our property, kept us informed on what was going on and handled everything like professionals. I could not have asked for better customer service.

100% would recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend this Group. We are an animal clinic on the westside that had an emergency when the winds blew a large tree on our roof. Israel and his team responded fast and had us back in business immediately. Definitely calling on them for any construction needs in the future.

This is my fourth amazing experience with EP Construction. They came to do a warranty repair and as always they did a professional and quality job!

Always exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction! They have earned our trust and confidence in their work!

Great experience with EP construction group the workers were great, and focused on the job through out, after completing the work on the roof everything was cleaned up. City inspector came and inspected the work everything passed, the city inspector even complimented the work. Israel and his team were great, I will highly recommend this company to do your roof.

Israel from EP construction group has provided excellent customer service and quality work. About two years ago he fixed work done by another roofer. The work provided by EP Construction remains intact without any problems. Last month, he fixed another area on the roof and once again provided excellent customer service.
His work is also very clean. They went as far as covering bushes nearby to prevent damage to our landscaping. They also went the extra mile and played with our dogs for a couple of minutes to help them adjust to their presence. My husband and I are very happy with the overall experience with this company. Highly recommend.

I recently had my roof repaired and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They clearly explained the issues and completed the work on schedule. The repair was done with great attention to detail, and the quality of the materials used was top-notch. My roof looks great and, more importantly, feels secure again. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roofing services!

Very professional, knowledgeable and quick! Called them on a Thursday (late morning) and they came out a few hours later to inspect a roof leak after a heavy rain. They located the problem and said they could fix it rather quickly early the next morning, even though the next morning was July 4th! Family business with the best customer service! Highly recommended, don't search any further for roof repair company. They also offer other services too!

EP Construction Group provided excellent and professional service on reconstruction of a bedroom and bathroom following water damage. They arrived on time from the first encounter in providing an estimate, walked me through the process of paperwork, and completed the work in the estimated amount of time. Everyone was kind, professional, friendly and answered all my questions throughout the projects. I definitely recommend them if you need any repairs or reconstruction done at home. I will be calling again for future projects. Big thank you to Israel and his entire team!

Alex and his team did a great job finding and fixing a leak on my roof. They were punctual, courteous, and resolved my issue that same day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and professional company.

Having utilized several contractors in the greater area I can easily say these gentlemen are by far the most skilled, professional and responsive roofers/building contractors I’ve encountered. They’re also overall great people to work with from the owner to every employee I encountered. Exceptional work and customer service all around.

Israel and his crew were wonderful to work with. All work was explained to my satisfaction, workers arrived on time, and the quality and know-how of the crew was "top-notch".

After dealing with roof problems for a couple of years and having two other companies do a horrible job, we were relieved to find El Paso Roofing and Construction Company. They took the time to inspect our roof not just once, but twice, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us peace of mind. They were supposed to start a week later and they came that week to do some temporary repairs to avoid water leakage during the rainy day.

The job was completed in a timely manner, and the workmanship was top-notch—something we hadn’t experienced with the previous companies. We’re extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend El Paso Roofing and Construction to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable service.

We had this company repair our roof and fix interior from water damage. They were professional and timely. I would recommend them for your repair and painting needs.

Thankful for EP Costruction, their professionalism, kindness, quick response and repairs, installation of window blinds, curtain rods, curtains and drapes. This is the third time they've done work for my mom and I. Will call on them if repairs or handyman needed in the future.
