This has to be the best pool service in El Paso area. They use their own filter and not yours! They include Chemical and for a little more clean your filtration system too! The people that come out to your pool are great and very courteous.

I have other pool service but had to get rid of them because of chemical charges, huge charge to clean my cartridge system ($150-$180 per cleaning), also if the summer heat and sun took more than "the normal" chemicals there was an extra charge.

I have a large custom pool with a hot tube that overflows into my pool. This was the best care for the price they charge. If you don't believe me call them for a quote and use them for a few months, you will not go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough. My only problem now is I am moving out of state. But if I was staying in El Paso area I would get rid of all my pool chemicals and cleaning and just use Sparklean Pool Service as my service forever!

I am so very pleased with the General Manager. Gabriel, the excellent service technician, and quality of service. I have had several pool services throughout the years but I have to say these folks are the best in the business. I am so pleased with the service that I have received. Personalized and friendly with reasonable rates and professional services. I don't have to be here because I know the job will be done right. They even leave a status report of your pool. I highly recommend SparKlean Pool Service for all of your pool services. I just can't say enough about them.

I had a leaking spa and received a recommendation for Sparklean. I worked with Gabe and he gave several options to fix the issue.
We ended up converting the spa to a fire pit; they did a great job at a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed how well they were able to match it with the pool and the rest of the landscaping. They answer their phone and follow up with what they say they will do. Such a simple thing makes all the difference in the world and is often neglected by pool contractors in the area. I would highly recommend them for any pool contract work.

Awesome company. I’m so glad I found them. They show up reliably every Friday at 8am sharp. Joaquin and Lucio do an incredible job cleaning my pool. They are very responsible, trustworthy, dependable and courteous. They recirculate all the water back into your pool. These guys live up to their name. They leave my pool “sparkling” every time. From the initial visit to the final details it was exceptional. The entire team was professional and responsive,The quality of the workmanship is truly outstanding, and the pool design they created was even better to what we had in mind . Communication was excellent and actually finished the project almost a month earlier .

This guys turned my backyard from being a dirty trash to a great place for kids and friends. They co-installed me a pool with great amenities and a beautiful BBQ grill zone with TVs. The price was really great in comparison of all the contractors that gave me a quote. The selection of my turf was more than perfect. You should really give them a shot with your backyard.

Great service! Highly recommended. I hired them to install a water softener and it was done very professionally, all the previous water tests were done and explained perfectly and a it was a great overall experience.

We had our initial meeting to go over what we wanted in a pool and landscaping and the meeting was great! Told us we would get our quote back in about a week and a half. That was at the end of August. That time came and went and never heard back from the guy we originally spoke to. We kept reaching out and reaching out and no one ever returned calls or texts. Then the guy we met with called and apologized for how busy he’s been and we scheduled a time for him to come out and go over our quote with us...he never shows. And then never calls or texts us back. Finally connected again and says that he will email us our quote. Well. It’s almost the end of September and we never received anything and I’ve been reaching out continuously. Their customer service has been AWFUL.

I was introduced to EPC Family that my insurance last year, all players were very professional, trustworthy,respectful, hard workers team. Just lately this year I had some cement landscape in our backyard done by the team of EPC again. They are my number one my list, I will continue to help them through networking, as they had helped me , 100 percent recommendation. Whenever your needs are remodeling , general repairs or any construction needs.

Although I appreciate the quick estimate, the quote I was sent referenced a photo that wasn’t even my roof! It was the same color shingles but someone else’s house. Beware of being mislead! Confirm the damage you actually have. After questioning the photo provided in his estimate, Israel back peddled and admitted he used a stock photo to describe the damages found. He then offered to demonstrate the photos of the actual findings of my property(only after I questioned the initial photo). I will be reaching out to the Texas Statutes of contracting and questioning what estimating regulations are in place to protect the consumer. More to follow…

Finding reliable and efficient services like EP construction offered is hard to find nowadays. But let me tell you we were beyond satisfied with the customer service and service offered. They are a family owened business, the way they took care of our needs and concerns, really feels like they are a family team. They are willing to go beyond to work with insurance claims. I can honestly certify, that in the future they are my go to company for any service.

Our experience was GREAT! Israel sent estimate promptly I was sent a reminder a day before the work was actually to be done. The workers showed up promptly and cleaned tihe area everyday .
