ICS was a wonderful company who took such good care of us and our home during a very vulnerable time.....a house flood. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional and know the answer to any problem that is encountered or find a solution. They are prompt, dependable, honest and very personable. Arnold is a master of everything!

Randy and his team did an awesome job! They communicated well and kept us updated. They were available when we needed them. They did excellent work and kept on schedule. I highly recommend them!

ICS worked a miracle! We needed someone to help remedy water leak damage and additional unbeknownst major termite damage. They gave us back more than a repair and upgrade. Their craftsmanship, professional and down to earth services created a “new home” for us. The workers are skilled and polite.

Had insurance claim in March. Everyone from ICS were fantastic. I would like to give Justin Moore a 5- star review. He always had a smile and was very polite. His work was top notch.

I had extensive damage to my house with mold everywhere. I live in CA and my rental is in TX. Needless to say, it's daunting to try to manage a situation like this from 2,000 miles away. Arnold and Rod were great at communicating, working with me to get the job done under my insurance and in the end, give me a house that looked amazing. Rod was professional and very helpful in replacing fixtures and providing samples to choose from. I can honestly say this was the easiest construction crew that I have ever worked with, honest and plainspoken. Thanks guys!

Our insurance co. referred us to ICS for some sheetrock repairs due to roof and window leaks. Dylan was great in coming out and inspecting the damage and getting us an estimate for repairs. Terry and his crew were fantastic in getting the job completed in two days.

Excellent, quick, efficient service to address wet spaces cause by overflowing bathtub. I highly recommend ICS and Justin, who took care of the process to dry out the wet areas. He came out every day during the process, and updated me on the progress, answered questions, and kept us informed of the progress.

My home was flooded - it is daunting to figure out the reconstruction & insurance process. I truly appreciated Aaron & Arnold Peeler as well as their office staff & Terry Pierce who was the project manager. He choose the sub- contractor whose guys did a fine job. ICS is a full service company who knows their business.

Justin did an AMAZING job dealing with a water leak and damage mitigation.

I had a slow leak in my half bath that required most of the area ( vanity, commode, floor and part of dry wall ) to be removed.
Terry Pierce and Dylan Burrross and the their team came in to rebuild my half bath.
I was immediately put at ease when Dylan came in to do the initial valuation and work was started almost immediately !
Their team did a great job, Terry kept me up to date with the work and communicated with my insurance agent.
I have a nice new half bath.
I would definitely recommend ICS to anyone that requires this type of work.

I had a a sink overflow which caused extensive damage to the wood floors throughout the house. ICS made the insurance claim and repair quick and painless. They were prompt with any questions and concerns that I had. They finished within the schedule that was set which was amazing considering it was during Thanksgiving week. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Highly recommend working with ICS. Zach was a tremendous help during the work part of my cabinets being replaced due to water damage in my kitchen. Zach either called or texted me every other day to see how the work was going and even stopped by my house often to check the work being done. Zach is a complete professional who knows his work. Hopefully you’ll be able to work with Zach one day if the need arises. Thank you Zach!

I had water damage in multiple rooms of my home. ICS was the preferred vendor used by my insurance company, and I see why! Someone from the company reached out to me immediately, late on a Saturday night. Braden arr8ved as scheduled first thing Sunday morning to begin the process. As my project progressed, both Braden and Dillan responded for daily equipment checks and updates. Braden and Dillan were very professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They walked me through each step and explained the process.They were attentive to detail and made sure all areas were dry prior to repositioning or removing the equipment, to ensure no further damage to my home. Both gentlemen made a horrible experience much more bearable, and put me at ease that my home was in good hands and would be returned to like new condition.

Colt came to our home today after experiencing a very stressful roof leak into our attic and into our living room and he was so knowledgeable, professional, and even gave our pups a little love. He explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend.

These guys are the greatest!! They go above and beyond.. one young man, Wayne G., went up in my attic and changed the air conditioner filter for me and he was here to do electrical work. They do whatever needs to be done with effeciency. I have had them do one project after another because they do such good work and seem to love what they are doing. They are also very reasonable. After having water damage to my home, Terry from ICS and his crew did a great job on the repairs. They were professional and fast which is highly appreciated from a home owner temporarily living elsewhere. I would definitely recommend their services.

Company representative called within a few hours of making Allstate insurance claim to schedule prompt emergency assessment and temporary protection of water leak due to recent rains. James P. & Garrett were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable in water mitigation. Most importantly, provided excellent customer care in explaining where the roof was leaking and what they did to temporarily remedy further damage to my home interior. What a refreshing change in today's world!
