I woke up this morning to water damage under my hardwood floors, laundry room, etc. Pipes from my hot water heater burst. So thankful that my insurance agent selected ICS to come to my rescue. Mr. Beau arrived 2 hours earlier than expected and got right to work securing and drying the affected area. This gentleman's professionalism and competence in his craft has given me a calm and assurance in knowing that the restoration of our home is in good hands. Thanks Beau!

Zach has been fantastic to work with! He listened to us, made logical and appreciated recommendations, and was very patient with us. Michael Birchall has been such a tremendous help walking me thru the initial process of the mitigation water damage caused to my kitchen. He's on time, communicates well, explains what is happening and next steps then takes my time into consideration so that I'm comfortable with next steps to restoration and resolution. He's professional and I would recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with their home.

Justin was at our house very soon after he was called. He immediatly worked on getting all the water out and put up fans and heaters. He came back everyday checking the walls and floor until eveverything was dry. He was so polite, encourageing, and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Very professional. He is an asset to the company. Wayne came next and did all the estimates, very kind and thorough. He explained everything and took his time explaining any questions we ask. Wayne is an asset to this company. Next Colt and Nate moved all our furniture out, moved us into our hotel and just now moved us into our rental home. These two young men did a beautiful job. Very gentle with our things, very thoughtful and kind. Not one grumble from them and went the extra mile for us. Their manners and professionalism was on point. They both are an asset to your company. Because of these four young men I would recommend your company very highly.

Had a great experience working with Aaron Peeler and Wayne Goodman after we had water damage. They were always just a phone call away and they made sure that the work went smoothly and all our concerns were addressed. Be it getting the right wood and carpet for the floors or reaching out to the adjuster or taking care of the cleanup, they were very professional, prompt, reliable and personable.

ICS is great. I worked with Aaron when my dishwasher overflowed damaging multiple rooms in my home. Which included my living room, kitchen, dining room and my entire basement. He made the entire process very easy for me. I work as an insurance adjuster so I know how daunting and what a task it is to file an insurance claim, but Aaron made my process extremly easy. He kept me informed every step of the way. He coordinated with the mitigation team and my insurance adjuster to ensure my process remained smooth. He then brought in his crew to make all my repairs and I was really floored by the finished product. The completed repairs were amazing and were better than I could have expected. Aaron did an amazing job staying true to the time frame he provided me. I would definitely use ICS again! Thank you so much Aaron for taking care of me, my claim, and my home.

I spoke to Arnold and told him the predicament I was in. He sent Nate and Colt both of whom are awesome. Saved my life. Came out on short notice and helped tremendously. Hard workers. Diligent. After a flood in my home ruined some of my
floors and cabinets, my insurance company recommended ICS. Sean was my main project manager, but also Raul at the end. They truly did a fantastic job, were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure that the repairs were how I wanted and needed! The team of painters and the floor and cabinet builders , as well as the movers- were also all awesome! Everything they worked on looks fantastic! Very happy customer here! Thank you!

This is the second time (over the last five years) that we have had the opportunity to use ICS for our disaster relief and reconstruction. If we need them again (knock on wood...) we will call ICS.

Colt Smith and Jasten were called to my house late Saturday/early Sunday for a board up. They were incredibly responsive and attentive in boarding up my home with very little notice. They both were super friendly and kind, and noted my questions and concerns. They even made sure all of the debris was removed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this board up team. Communication with them was very impressive! Thank you, Colt and Jasten for a super quick response! I really appreciate you both!

I had been waiting for over a year to get my bathroom put back together after a water leak. After several estimates, ICS was recommended by Allstate Insurance Company. I met with Terry, Zac and David to go over putting my bathroom back together. That was the beginning of a whirlwind of work being done....the crew worked so hard and long hours to meet their deadlines. They were all professional and respectful of my home. I met with David almost daily and Zac was in touch with me weekly or more to see how things were progressing and/or if I had any concerns. Everything David told me his crew was going to do is exactly what they did. The whole crew did excellent work and I couldn’t be happier with the way my bathroom turned out. They get five stars from me and I highly recommend them.
