If you have had unexpected home damage and don’t know where to even start, this is who you should use!! We used ICS from beginning to end after a broken pipe left our house flooded. From water remediation to a beautiful finished product, they took care of us every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend! Justin oversaw our remediation and was fantastic. The work was thorough and they made sure ALL damage was removed. Aaron helped us through the process of choosing what would be put back in our home and worked with our insurance company. What a huge benefit that this company works with insurance all the time, it really simplified the process for us. Clarence was the foreman overseeing our build back. He was amazing- worked with us on a tight time frame and even got the work done ahead of schedule! His communication was very good, and he took care of any concerns we had along the way. The work was quality and our finished home looks wonderful. So very happy that we used ICS and highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Insurance Construction Services (ICS) after discovering mold damage in my home. The mold was caused by moisture issues, which I later learned can come from things like leaks, water intrusion, or high humidity. From the very beginning, ICS was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a stressful situation.

They handled both the remediation and the full restoration process, which made everything much easier for me. Their team started with a thorough inspection to identify the source of the moisture and the extent of the mold damage. They clearly explained each step of the process, including how they would fix the water source to prevent the problem from returning.

ICS carefully contained the affected areas to stop mold spores from spreading throughout the house. They removed contaminated materials safely, cleaned and treated the impacted areas, and followed proper mold remediation protocols. I appreciated how detailed and organized they were throughout the entire process.

They also went above and beyond by helping remove my clothing and personal contents from the home. All clothing and furniture were carefully packed, removed, and stored securely during the remediation and restoration work, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were protected.

Once the mold was removed and the moisture issue was resolved, ICS completed the restoration work and returned my home to a clean, safe, and livable condition. Their attention to detail, communication, and professionalism truly stood out.

After a broken pipe from our bathroom, it left our home flooded & I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t even know where to start. ICS stepped in and truly brought our house, especially our living room. From the very beginning through the final touches, they handled everything with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

They completely reconstructed our fireplace and rebuilt the cabinetry where we store our food items, and the results are beautiful. Our living room feels brand new again. ICS also redid our fireplace and our flooring, which made an enormous difference in restoring warmth and comfort to our home after such a stressful flooding situation.

The remediation process was fantastic. The work was thorough, and they made sure all damage was properly removed. Aaron guided us through selecting what would go back into our home and worked directly with our insurance company. Having a company that works with insurance regularly was a huge benefit and made the entire process so much easier.

The quality of the work is outstanding, and our finished home looks wonderful.

October 22nd my insurance Company sent ICS to quote my oversized double patio glass doors that had been kicked in by the Fire Dept. responding to emergency and went to wrong address. City of Dallas is not responsible for damages even if they made the address mistakes. ICS quoted $2128.00 to replace the oversized patio doors with plantation shutters. They stated they would not replace doors due to ICS only gets involved if replacement cost is $5000.00 or above. Even though they quoted for Progressive Ins Co. I added kitchen cabinets install to increase the threshold. Two appointments were missed and phone calls not returned and know it is January 12th and nothing has been done. If your insurance company sends this company to estimate damage beware. I receive a quote for the doors from another company and it was $14000.00 (14 thousand)

ICS was recommended by my insurance company Allstate. The project manager was pleasant; however definitely wasn't an advocate for me. After 6 months of hotel stays I finally went home to what I thought was a completed restoration! The orginal floor was glued to concrete. I now have a floating floor that is hideous and cheap. Drainage for my bathroom is stopped up. Project manager didn't do due diligence in making sure everything was functioning before installation of new materials. Also, continous floor supposedly damaged by MIDIGATION COMPANY! No one wants to take the responsibility for having it replaced. In my personal opinion and after this disaster. ICS used UNSKILLED VENDORS and contractors TO DO THE WORK and cheap materials. Absolutely disappointed 😞

Terrible experience. The owner of the company Arnold Sefcik could care less that his sub contractors are providing slop work. He has no integrity in his work. The pictures below will speak for its self. Took them 6 weeks for a job they quoted 2 to 4 weeks. They had to redo several things due to lack of communication. They tried to scam me several times by lying about money alotted by insurance. Tried to only offer $2 per sq foot for laminate when they were paid $3.79. Caught them in that lie and several others. They missed several nails and rather then fixing they just painted it. Installed a cracked tile, when they arrived to fix they said "its not crack its an imperfection" . Left trash outside my home for a week and only picked up after several phone calls. Left razor blades on my front lawn. Didnt cover the floors and got paint everywhere. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Arnold Sifcik is horrible at paying his bills. My client has been owed for some time now, and although Arnold has made a couple of payments, he has been dragging his feet in getting the remaining balance paid. He promises and promises, but payments are always delayed. BEWARE...

I had one of the worst experience with ICS. They started to work on my small bathroom since Nov. 2023 and finished the work on June 2024. The cost of this project was $5370.52 after disputing the cost for the following reasons: broken and missing baseboard, no sanding of walls after making repairs/removing cabinets, sheetrock crumble after they installed it, water flood, etc.
