Electrical reviews in Carrollton, Texas

Installed once in an inconvenient place, did the reinstall SAME DAY where I requested and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Low price, high quality install!

Very happy with the installation of the charger in my garage.

Excellent customer experience. All communications were clear and timely. Installation successfully completed and then inspected by the city.

Fast, professional and outstanding service! Noah and Eusebio made it look easy and they were great to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Nice people, good communicators. After our install the circuit breaker was tripping when the AC was on. After investigating they had not noticed that the size of the circuit breaker on the main board was too small. Their “free fix” was to downsize the sub panel breaker resulting in slower charging of the car. To upsize the main breaker, they wanted to charge another $400. After talking to one of the owners, They refused to give any on the $400 for their mistake and my trouble.

Update- owner called me and said they would do it for free. Right thing to do but somewhat concerning to get it wrong on the front end.

They quickly installed a EV charger and were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Charger Pro!

The installer was on time and respectful of the property. The installation took almost 2 hours and I was charging my Tesla before he left. I appreciate the flat rate with no hidden costs. For anyone looking to install an L2 charger at your house, you should definitely consider ChargerPro.

Awesome company. Alex was my installer and did a fabulous job. The experience from Walker and Edward was great. I would highly recommend.

ChargerPro is a very impressive organization.
The company is well operated, professional and get the job done quickly.
They know their craft and go above and beyond with precision.
ChargerPro is highly recommended for an installation of EV chargers in the D/FW area.
Top Notch!

They were very professional, very quick and very efficient. Very reasonably priced. They were able to do both my car electric home chargers in the same visit. Small growing company so you feel the personal attention. Highly recommend.

ChargePro Rocks! Walker and Dominic are knowledgable individuals who know their craft and get the job done. I highly recommend their professionalism and solid communication. EV Wall Charger installed in about 2.5 hours and left the place clean.

These guys are top notch. I researched several charger companies and I really like the up front pricing model from ChargerPro. Once I made contact they were always super responsive which I like. Makes me feel wanted as a customer.
They explained very well the different charger options and I felt I had the information to pick the best one for my situation.

My job was a little custom location and they quoted me upfront and that was exactly what i paid. I have seen other businesses the quote is different from the bill but not these guys.

They made an appointment and showed up that day. They had to make a trip to get some additional materials but there was no trip fee or any nonsense.
They worked for a couple of hours, even in my attic on a hot Texas summer day.
The install came out looking amazing and they even cleaned up nicely afterwards.
He helped me add the charger to my Tesla app which I would never have known to do.

They made arrangements with the city to get the electric inspection done and even had one of their guys meet the inspector so I didn’t have to take another day off work.

They kept me informed through the whole process and actually charged what they said.
I would highly recommend ChargerPro if you’re in the market to get an electric vehicle charger installed.

Great experience with ChargerPro! The EV charger installation was quick, professional, and neatly done. Clear communication throughout the process and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend their service.

Walker and his group were awesome from the first phone call to the inspection. I was fairly clueless when I started to explore getting a charger unit for my home with the new electric vehicle. They made everything easy and they got the job done quickly. I rarely am this happy with services related to my house, but recommended ChargerPro without reservation!

The whole chargerpro team was great!! Noah did an amazing job with my EV charger installation! He was on time, professional, and his work is flawless! Although my job was not easy or ideal, he made it work. He even came out to my house a few days prior to my scheduled installation to map out some options on achieving my goals, and he and I decided on the best option together. Once the installation was complete, he helped get my app set up and answered all of my questions. If he didn’t have an immediate answer, he was sure to follow up with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend Noah and chargerpro to anyone for EV charger installation!

This company is awesome! They use certified electricians and acquire permit from city if needed. I had a previous charger installed into a nema plug which discovered did meet code in combo with my charger. My new Charger 80 amp Grizzle was hard wired by ChargerPro. I ordered my own charger because I wanted 80 amp. ChargerPro sells equipment also. They well versed on most of the chargers. The pricing is fair and Straight forward. One flat fee covers labor and all electrical supplies. Buy there charger or your own. The owner of the company even called me to check on the installation. You will be pleased and safe with ChargePro.

Working with ChargerPro was an incredibly smooth experience. From the initial quote, processing the permits for my city, installation, and scheduling the inspection, they were transparent, highly professional, and friendly. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for EV charger installation! Every person I worked with on their team was 10/10!

Dominic and colleague did a very professional job of installing a Tesla Wall Connector in my garage. They had to run conduit in an attic space from one side of the house to the other, with very little room to maneuver, completing the work in one afternoon. Would recommend ChargerPro to anyone requiring an EVSE install.

Exceptional Experience with ChargerPro

From start to finish, the service I received from ChargerPro was outstanding. It was clear from my very first conversation with Josh that ChargerPro truly values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality work. Josh was transparent about pricing and clearly explained what to expect throughout the process.

After scheduling my appointment and uploading the required photos, I received a follow-up call from Brendan. He reviewed the best options for setting up my EV charger, patiently answered all of my questions, and ensured I fully understood the recommended approach.

Finally, Noah and his partner came to my home for the installation of the wall charger and load management system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Noah took the time to walk me through each step of the installation, explaining what they were doing along the way. Once everything was complete, he even had me plug in my car to confirm that everything worked perfectly.

Overall, my experience with ChargerPro was excellent—from the initial inquiry to the final installation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a home EV charger installed.

Flawless installation on a very difficult job!! Our house is raised pier and beam however electrical had to be run through decking and drilled through exterior walls and back into our detached garage. I wanted all of the electrical to be concealed with the exception of the storage room where the conduit exits the wall and goes into the charger. ChargerPro installed a Tesla EV charger with precision and perfect execution. I am extremely particular as my house is a custom home that has won residential design awards. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to my friends.

I looked around online for a company to install an EV charger, and the first quote was pretty high, I thought. Then I found ChargerPro. The company was so easy to work with, and their installer, Noah, was superb; friendly, knowledgeable, competent. For the same price as the other quote, they installed a better quality EV charger, a whole home surge protector, a load management system, and didn’t up charge for the city permit (the other company tripled it.)
Anyway, ChargerPro finished the work last week, and today we passed our city inspection; we are happy! Wish I was as happy with our car dealership, but that’s a post for another day…
Another thing that I liked about this company; when I asked him, Noah said that he only works for ChargerPro; I was concerned that ChargerPro just subcontracted the work out to anyone with a screwdriver on Taskrabbit or something, but nope! The company has its own people working directly, and I really like knowing that.
I highly recommend ChargerPro.
